I ordered both sizes in order to give the larger one to a friend, but after using both sizes on out minnie doxie and seeing how good it works and how little he fussed about getting brushed, the friend will need to get her own!!

From the picture online, the top appeared to be a bit longer in the torso. When I received it, it barely comes to my waist. I'm also frustrated due to the length of time it took to receive it.

Ordering was very easy. and I was notified often about tracking of package. However the blouse is very cute but way way too small. I’m not even sure what size I ordered because I cannot find a label anywhere. Could I return for a larger size?

The ad showed a much larger item than I received

Not sure how I will wear this hat? Love the look and feel, concerned about wearing it on a rainy day?

Product was delivered fairly quickly (3 weeks from Europe), and was excellent: some of the best gel pens I've ever used.

We live in Ohio, shipper delivered package to an address in NJ. They refuse to either reship the item or refund the price, they would reship it only if we paid another shipping fee. Their email responses were more mystifying than informative, at one point they seemed to indicate the shipper had returned the item to them, but later it sounded like they hadn't, still unclear what happened to the item.
Extremely dissatified, would give them a zero rating if that was an option

First I wanted to cancel the order when I had purchased it but you said it was shipped!Not even 5 minutes had passed!!Now I have 2 too small bras!

I ordered the size I usually wear but there is a lot of spillage on the sides with this bra. And I honestly thought they were wireless, again definitely not the case. Since it took a very long time to get them and apparently came from overseas, I am pretty sure I’m stuck. I was so excited when I saw the Facebook add, but once again they got me. I’m disappointed but not surprised that they are not as advertised.

Your young lady was very helpful and did a great job!!! But your delivery service is in need to deliver to the right address, so we get our product on time, because I have to go to my customer and explain why there not getting there service done by my company!!!! that's going to end up giving them money back so I lose my profit!!!!

The hats are cute. Will be cool in the summer. I like the way they fit.

you really don't deserve even a one star. You sent the wrong size, it looks cheap, and I don't remember but I think you sent the wrong color as well. Add to that, I ordered it on May 28 and it arrived on June 23. H O R R I B L E!!!!!

At lest I recieved this order the other two I didn't receive. The first order was placed in march for two little bunnies for my granddaughter for Easter we'll that didnt happen, the other one was a tube work out equipment

Delivery service and product raised to my expectations.
