I have recently ordered from Prop Options for the first time and I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Firstly, I paid for the wrong delivery service by accident so I emailed straight away to see if I could change it. It was a weekend so wasn’t expecting to hear anything until Monday. I got a reply almost instantly and it was sorted within the hour which I was impressed with. Then the standard of product that I did receive was amazing and has elevated the look of my cakes. I will be recommending to everyone and ordering again very soon!

Customer service is quick, polite and on point. My auto-fill accidentally added my old address to my order and I hadn't noticed till checking the confirmation email from Propoptions. I emailed them, Ben responded and corrected the error and my parcel arrived to the right address within the 2 days service I asked for. Perfect!
