I’ve purchased a few items from Prop Options. Their cake stands are great quality and the staff are super helpful. They are always the first company I recommend to clients looking to purchase a cake stand.

Had a couple of patterned rollers and cake separators. They are stunning to use! Super happy with them can’t wait to use them properly! Would 100% recommend! Such simple items to elevate cakes to such high end products!

Love all of my prop options stands, rollers, spacers and tiers. My most used and fav item works have to me be my gold cake stand - love, love the quality, the elegant look of this one.

I've been to Cake International and saw these roller pins that I was looking for a long time but wasn't able to find them anywhere,and I've ordered 2 ,they arrived quite quickly and I'm very pleased,good quality,exactly what I needed to create my amazing cake designs ,highly recommend.

Having never ordered from Prop Options previously, being able to get hands on with the products at Cake International was a really good experience. Seeing how the different things worked and being able to buy them at the show was great. Two of the things I wanted were ordered for delivery and I was told it could be up to 3 weeks due to the the volume of ordered being placed, however I received my order 7 days later.
The rolling pins that I ordered are of really good quality, they have a good weight to them and they are a good size. They will add something to my cakes which I've been wanting to add for a while. So glad I took the plunge and ordered. The quality definitely justifies the cost.

Amazing product. I saw prop options stand at Cake International, I ordered the silletto gold cake stand, the cake stand is absolutely gorgeous and sturdy. Delivery was super fast and packaging was chic 😊.

I am absolutely delighted with my order. I’m so excited to make my sister-in-law’s wedding cake, and the hoop separator will certainly add a beautiful wow factor. I also purchased pins and reusable cake boards, which are of excellent quality and will be very useful.

The only issue I encountered was with the delivery time. I paid extra for 1–2 day delivery, but the order took a week to arrive. In hindsight, I could have selected the free delivery option. I contacted the company, and they responded promptly and dispatched the order the same day, which I appreciated. However, a refund of the additional shipping cost would have been a thoughtful gesture.

Overall, I’m very happy with the products and service, and it would have been a 5-star experience if not for the delivery delay, I was informed this was due to the sale and the volume of orders they received.

I have been on the fence of ordering Prop Options for a couple of years - I met Jen from CakeyLulus at CI and she helped confirmed what I had been thinking.
I’ve ordered the Cake Compass with sizes from 4-9” as well as x2 Gold Hoop Separators.
I placed my order on the Friday at CI and they the Cake Compass was with me by Monday!
