From an initial post I noticed on Instagram, and our first conversation with Conor (business consultant), 1hr later, to completing our new mortgage offer, took around 5 weeks.

Conor passed us onto Tom (mortgage/protection advisor) who searched the market for the remortgage products available to us.

From this point on we were in regular communication via WhatsApp messages, emails and phone calls with Zach (broker support) and Amy (admin team manager).

Most of our email and phone contact, once our product was sourced, was from Nina (admin team manager), who kept us up-to date with each stage of the process.

It was a simple, smooth process from start to finish.

Once we had our first offer, Nina kept in touch every week with updates on rates and let us know if a better deal became available. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Honestly such a brilliant company from start to finish. We were sorting a remortgage and Amy and Harry were both incredible. Super quick at replying to emails, ironing out issues if they arose and always a pleasure to speak too. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
