So sorry for having to cancel your order and issue a refund - our supplier's ordering system has had a hacking/malware incident which was causing it to show incorrect stocking availability. since you made the order, we were then told that although it showed the item in stock, it was in fact unavailable. We were in touch with you immediately to explain the issues with supply, which has been effected by the Suez Canal crisis, among other things. We are sorry that you feel this is worth a 1-start review, but hope you understand the issues we faced with your order.

Excellent service. I phoned the company to confirm the website stock was up to date, spoke to Ben, prior to placing the order. So may other site say they have stock but don’t. This was not the case with ProMarine. Very fast delivery and an excellent product; which we had on the water at the weekend. Thanks 5*
