Project Yourself remedied my issue on the same day that I brought it to their attention. The issue was regarding a membership fee. Problem solved by Anika and done so very politely and quickly. I appreciate the great customer service.

This is a giant scam. Ive been billed 49. Monthly for WHAT?

Received my order. Very happy with what I bought, however the add did not disclose the interior of copper cups are not copper. Perhaps I missed it. The drink container is copper inside. However the ratings are all saying they continue to take out money so I am checking my account now. SCAM,,,,,,,!

Have to agree with the others bought a pyramid and have been debitted $80 per month ever since. Not sure why?

I love the seven chara pendants that I ordered from you. It has two different coloured necklaces. I wear a different chara stone every day. It was well worth te postage

I recently received my blessed Divine Smokey pyramid. I expected the dimensions to be 7cmx 7cm x 7cm. But the one I received was 5cm x 5cm x 5cm. I said to myself:' Good things come in small packages'. It is great.

SCAM! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND A LOT OF IT. Please stay away from these guys with their Instagram adds, scamming innocent people trying to heal and get better. Unbelievable and the irony, lol, spiritual people with all of this generous and kind fake mindset yet they'll rob you of your last penny. Disgusting. Just don't buy anything, ever.

Hi this company took £82.79p I never signed anything to give you permission to take this out of my bank account.
My bank are aware & will block any other request for payment.
I'm furious you are doing this to so many people.
It's a huge scam!!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would the WORSSSTTTT fraud company ever. Ordered their $20 turning fork and they charged me for that (coming from china still havent received its been 3 weeks) and then two weeks later they charged me 99.95 for a membership i never signed up for. This company is fraud and definitely preys off of people not checking their card statements, now have to cancel card, file dipute ect.

I ordered some Tibetan bells and salt lamps, sepately perhaps a day apart. Once the lamps arrived I realized that the bells should have come as well by now.
So I looked into the parcel tracking and saw that it has been sent back to sender!? So, I wrote to them about this issue and they were super friendly and helpful at the Deep Origins, double checked my address and it was correct, so they just re-sent it free of charge! And bells arrived quickly and I was very impressed and happy. All and all, a great company. Will recommend to friends 💛☀️

they signed me up for a membership without me knowing when I place an order last sept 2023. I called them today after retrieving info my taxes. Spoke with Ami she refuse to credit me, only offered coupons for future orders. I want my money back!!!

This company tried taking an unauthorised payment from my account of £80.46!
I have reported them to my banks fraud team. Please don't get involved with this scam website.

This company always offers lovely, crafted artwork by artisans who are benefitted by purchases. I'm from Tucson, AZ where we have the yearly, world renowned Gem & Mineral Show. As a jewelry beader myself who purchases supplies from this annual show, I still continue to buy from Project Yourself because I see the quality of the genuine gem stones they use. Beautiful, majestic pieces!!

Buyers beware…like so many others I brought a gorgeous bracelet for a loved one and they have taken money out for the last three months. I had to go to the bank today (drive 100kms), block them, cancel my card etc!! I never authorised this, I am careful and not an idiot!! I can’t afford this guys & this is so immoral!! Shame on you…I want my money back yesterday. Call me? I am in Australia. Not happy guys!! I think it’s a scam, like others have said, they just hope you won’t notice¿¿ They have lovely things, but it’s just not worth the hassle!!!!

I had no problems with the order I made from Project Yourself on 12/2/2024. When I saw the pendant onscreen, it was like love at first sight. I immediately knew it was what I wanted. I have no complaints about Project Yourself.

As a satisfied customer, I will be back!

The product description did not include the information that the water bottle only held 8 ounces or the fact that it was not able to be returned. Luckily my bank was top notch to flag extra charges I did not make and was able to stop any subscriptions. Be aware of this company's practices and stay far away.
**After receiving the reply, I did call the number given and was given the same response. Waste of time and money.

This company has just taken over $150 from my bank account with out my permission I didn’t ordered anything……i have reported you…and sent emails to you I want the money returned back into my bank account…it was taken out 2 days ago…luckily I looked…if it’s not returned to my bank …the bank is going to investigate it …

Customer service is great. I misunderstood my order and they were so patient explaining it to me. I find the items I bought to be beautiful and they give me good energy in my office.

This was a slow delivery, as it came from China to Canada on a ship. I had some concerns in the beginning that maybe my parcel was lost, but the folks in the support dept, were right on things, and were perfect and quick with the information I needed. And the amethyst candleholder I purchased was everything I hoped and more, when it arrived, safe and sound!
