I purchased the Joolz Aer+ open box and attachments for the car seat. The items were in brand new condition but they had some kind of flaw and didn't click together the way that they should. Trixia from customer service was very responsive and attentive in helping me with the claim.

Buyer Beware
I ordered a swing to use when my new grandbaby visits. We put it together and it worked. We didnt use it again until they visited a few weeks later to find out that the swing did not work correctly. The electronic pad malfunctioned on the first use. After emails with Goodbuy Gear, they agreed to refund me for the swing. Be sure to check the product completely when buying once it arrives. In the end Goodbuy Gear made it right. So I feel they are a fair company.

Customer service is outstanding
Customer service is outstanding! I am obsessed with Woom bikes and have purchased them from Woom, Woom Warehouse, Facebook marketplace, and this time from GoodBuy Gear. I paid extra for the GoodBuy Gear protection plan when I ordered the open box bike. The wheel valve stem was damaged upon arrival. The box itself seemed intact so I’m not sure if the damage was missed at inspection or if it was damaged during packing because the valve stem cap was missing and left the delicate Presta valve vulnerable. I contacted the company immediately and sent pictures and videos of the product. Over the next two weeks, there were several emails exchanged to help solve the issue. Victoria was prompt and courteous in responding to my questions. As a customer, I value the effort made to notify me of updates of the replacement parts. While the bike didn’t arrive exactly as I would have liked, and there was a delay in being able to use the product, the quality customer service surpassed any disappointment. I will definitely do business with GoodBuy Gear again!

consistently good customer service
I've made a number of purchases through GoodBuy Gear. I've purchased strollers, gear and toys.
Once, I purchased a gently used stroller and they forgot to send one of the bassinet parts. I notified them, sent a photo, they found the part in their warehouse (they were moving warehouses at the time) and sent it to us within a couple of days. This time, I purchased a refurbished Hatch that didn't function. They worked with Hatch directly and I received a full refund.

GoodBuy Gear has been my go-to for all things baby gear! I've saved hundreds while prepping for the arrival of our first little one. Some of the most notable purchases so far have been a Jool changing pad, Ingenuity bassinet, Canopy Humidifier, Frida Baby Air Purifier, Momcozy bottle washer and so much more! I opt for open box and all of them have been in pristine condition. I also added GBG gift cards to my Babylist registry and added a note that everyone was more than welcome to shop secondhand for our registry items. I don't know why anyone would pay full price instead of using GoodBuy Gear -- it's the ultimate parenting hack!

GoodBuy Gear: A+ & Cybex Beezy 2: A+
I am so glad I gave "GoodBuy Gear" a try! I have champagne taste with a poor man's budget, so I was looking for a good deal. We bought an "open box" Cybex Beezy 2. Yes, the cardboard box had seen better days BUT the contents were unharmed. I saved so much money by going through this website! Plus, the stroller itself is what we were looking for. I babysit for my 2 grandbabies and the Graco I had was getting worn. Plus it was quite bulky and heavy and didn't roll nicely. This closes and opens so easily! Plus its so much lighter and takes up less room in my trunk. Very pleased all the way around!

Spend your bucks elsewhere
AVOID! bought a couple of open-box items from them. One was inaccurate to the advertised item and the other had critical missing parts.
claimed and got a really sweet answer with no action. they argue the missing parts were not described, so lets say you buy an open box stroller but wheels might not be included. had to buy the missing parts in order to make it work....unheard of.
