I had an issue the other day while working with the gear inner cable and I called the bike shop;the guy told me to go there and change it straight away so I went there and he had a mechanic who fixed it for me!!!great costumer support and service provided.I always support locals and this one is gonna be my place for service and any issue with my bike definitely.I really recommend this place and they also got very decent good bikes plus vintage exclusive models.Also they can assist you with any parts as the guy got knowledge and can give you fair prices in second hand well maintained stuff!!!so proud to be his first workshop costumer!!!

This was the first time I’ve sold a bicycle so didn’t have any knowledge of the process. I found Cycletrade online and followed the instructions. They offered me a price which I accepted and then arranged for a box to be sent out and for collection by Parcelforce. When they received it and inspected it they paid me by bacs transfer the same day. It was an easy, pain free transaction. Communication was excellent! Would really recommend Cycletrade if your considering selling a bike!

Had been trying to sell my 2016 bike on line. I was not having a lot of joy. One buyer agreed a price and then didn't pay up. I sent pictures of my bike to Cycletrade and had a very quick reply with an offer. Although it was a lot less than I wanted I was happy just to get the bike of my hands. I decided to deliver the bike to their premises in London. I was met by a very enthusiastic, Keval, who was clearly passionate about bikes. The funds were transferred to my account after the bike had been inspected. Of course the bike and parts with it are now on sale for over double what they paid but this is to be expected when you have cover overheads as they do. Overall very pleased with whole process.

This is the first time I've used Cycle Trade and I'm impressed. Being able to get second hand bike kit for very reasonable prices and a money back guarantee, means I can try kit that, I either can't afford or am not willing to spend the money on when brand new. A pair of power meter pedals in this case - which came boxed and with the original 'get started' leaflet.
My only niggle, and a very minor one, is the 6 days it took for my purchase to arrive. We're all too used to next day delivery now!
I thoroughly recommend Cycle Trade.

Failure to send ordered component. No notification of delay. In the event of the product ever arriving I hope the returns process is more straightforward.
