The print file which you uploaded to Print.London was low res and pixelated and was not a high res print pdf. If you need help in producing and generating a high resolution print file, please feel free to contact us at talktome@print.london and we will instruct you on how to do so to ensure you gain the highest quality print experience.
As you can see from the sample pack you ordered previously to the order, our print quality is superb, and it’s unlikely any printers in the country supply a bad printed item unless the artwork is of low quality.

Great looking brand!
But no call to action or shown anywhere to start placing/ pricing work. I asked about the coasters enclosed and they are not something you're going to do. Strange to have it in there as a print sample.

Finally, the drinks coaster is a handy freebie for your desk or counter top. Lots of other printing brands provide a free gift in their sample packs, such as plant-at-home chilli seeds, for example - and we liked the idea of backing London's 'short measure' campaign.
We really hope for your business in the near future, and look forward to our full site launch and as aforementioned, hope we can change this to top marks!
