The quality of the product is very poor nor same as displayed in the Website. Several emails sent but no response, it seems they are not interested. Better to deal with Amazon, flipkart were they have clear return and refund policy, would not recommend.
Quality prints at affordable price
The print came out perfect. Great affordable prints quality and speedy delivery. The company tailored precisely for the customer's needs. I will definately use "Print London" again. Thankyou!

I have purchased a shirt in the month of december and the size was not as expected . I returned the shirt and there is no refund till now. DONT BUY FROM LONDON PRINT .. not good quality .... there is no number to call and they are very rude especially PREKSHA who continuously mails... no courtesy nothing ..... replies are one liners ....its a mental torture to get the money back... she writes a mail as " its credited" when asked share the screenshot they wont... neither i have got my money back..... worst service ever...

Ended up with a product that’s not usable. Some of the photos I used were in landscape, when I requested them portrait and printed too dark. After the account and development teams received a final copy of the source files, I was expecting another quality check before final work was distributed.

My order was very easy to submit, though the page is a bit difficult to use because of the formatting. The banner arrived on time and was absolutely perfect. It is well worth the money we spent.
Awful business: service & product
Awful business - re product and customer service:
1. RE the product:
I ordered business cards from them - went for the more premium options which were like a flimsy piece of card, not to mention the colour bleed: there's yellow in my green (when there shouldn't be). When I informed them of this they didn't understand what colour bleeding is........ I am no designer but come on.
2. RE service - I called and emailed the business immediately to inform them of sub par quality and ask them how to rectify the situation, I have followed up with emails too. Unfortunately I have had no response so had to take to reviews.
3. Editing my review as Sam @ Print London thinks he can just reply to this thread that he's had no emails from us. I emailed the provided address on the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th of October, and now on the 30th of October and have not heard back from Print.London... awful awful business

I ordered 3 posters and the print quality was superb, clear, precise and clean lines from the artwork I sent and delivered quickly and rolled in a large diameter tube so they were easy to flatten out. 10/10 would recommend
Poor Customer Service from Sam
Delivered to my billing address not the shipping address and apparently that was my fault so because it was supposedly delivered to an address despite being the wrong one they said there is nothing they can do. Extremely poor response and customer service. Very Disappointing.

London Prints brand is a cheat
It's a humble request to all the dear customers to PLEASE!! review the return policy. The quality of their product is below standard and so is the customer relationship management. The lack of courtesy and the way to handle customers' concerns is right in the gutter. They will make you pay for the reverse pickup and ignore your calls and emails despite multiple follow up. All the representatives I have spoken to (Preksha, Kamlesh, and Darshan) are singing different tunes and there is no internal coordination. They will go back on their words and leave to unattained. Please do not purchase.

The guys at Print London checked in after the order was placed and helped me to select the right design for the print size. Very friendly and professional.
Great experience and prices (not postage though)
Really simple to order/use. Items were delivered really quickly and the quality of the print was also fantastic! Will definitely use again and again in the future and recommend to everyone! Prices for prints are really cheap, but the postage ones are quite high and offering no options, which is a tad bit upsetting. Otherwise, all was absolutely fantastic.
Rip Off
I ordered printing online not realising that I would be required to collect it from somewhere way outside of London. I asked for the package to be delivered and was charged £12.50. When the package arrived Special Delivery - so top price for the postal service - it was clear that I had been overcharged £4.85. I have finally received an answer today to my request for a refund and was informed that they make a standard charge for postage and sometimes it is cheaper sometimes more expensive but they do not adjust or refund.
This is bad business practice.

We can organise a re-delivery for you but there will be a additional cost to redeliver of £10.00 (8.33 + VAT), I can send this to you via PayPal link but someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel.

Dear Sirs,
I was expecting the parcel to be delivered by dpd who are well known for notifying their customers of a one hour time slot so that each delivery can be signed for and I received nothing.
Also, I receive deliveries from dpd regularly and they leave them in a safe place so on the occaisions that you refer to they did not leave in that place - its always the same driver so no excuse.
I will not be paying your £10 fee and I expect to receive the cards in a timely fashion. I will be writing a detailed review once the process is complete.
The cards were required for a specific event that was happening on the two days following the promised delivery date and were to be a prototype to show me the quality of your work.
Whilst I would like to see the quality of your work in relation to my proof, really I would like my money back sinced you've failed the test.

I have never received any email or text message from the delivery company and no follow up to find out why by Print London. Then print london wrote me an email stating the product had been delivered but it hadn't, when I replied telling them it hadn't been delivered they ignored me, it was only after writing a further two emails that they replied about 5 days later explaining I had to pay extra for the delivery. I find it strange they do not just send me the product since I am going to do is repeat reporting this experience ad infinitum.
