My appointment was scheduled between 10:00 am and 11:00 am, yet I did not receive a call from the doctor until 4:59 pm. No communication was provided regarding the significant delay, which was extremely disappointing and showed a complete disregard for my time.
When I finally spoke with the doctor, I found the consultation to be unhelpful. I requested to speak with a different doctor but was told that, because the consultation had already taken place, this would not be possible.
As a result, I advised that I would not be proceeding with my second consultation and requested a refund. The company confirmed that a refund of $250.00 would be issued; however, the lack of communication regarding the return of these funds has been equally disappointing.
Had I known the standard of service and communication I would receive, I would never have booked this appointment. The complete lack of respect for patients' time, combined with poor customer service and inadequate follow-up, has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
I would give this service 0 stars if I could and would not recommend it to anyone.

Extremely disappointed – still waiting for my refund

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I paid for a service that included two appointments. During the first appointment, I spoke with the clinician for approximately five minutes, and they were unable to help me. The appointment felt rushed and unprofessional, and no treatment, prescription, or further assistance was provided.

After raising my concerns, the company agreed to refund $250 for the unused second appointment. Although I believed a larger refund was appropriate given the circumstances, I accepted their offer in good faith.

It has now been around 30 days since they agreed to process the refund, and I still have not received my money. Every time I call, I speak to the same person, who tells me that the refund is “with the accounts department” and is being processed. Despite sending five follow-up emails, I have not received a response to any of them after the initial email confirming the $250 refund. I have also requested to speak with management several times and have been told someone would call me back, but no one ever has.

I’m now left with no option but to consider lodging a claim through NCAT to recover the money they agreed to refund.

The lack of communication, failure to honour their commitment within a reasonable timeframe, and overall level of customer service have been extremely disappointing. If you’re considering using this company, I would strongly encourage you to think carefully based on my experience.

Terrible service. I was told of if I paid a consult fee I would get a call within a hour. They confirmed if they could not call I could get refund as I would then take her to hospital As my daughter had mirgrain and vomiting and light hurt her head so going to hospital at 7.30pm was not ideal. I just needed a script with medication from chemist.
After over a hour I rang they said next in line
I waited till almost 9.00 and canceled as chemist closing she was still vomiting I took to hospital which I wish I did at 7.30
They rang me at almost 11pm
I told them I had canceled call
A month if emails and calls they still have not refunded me the money for the consult I never received and canceled due to them not delivering a service I paid for

On a Sunday, I really needed to see a doctor to get a prescription. I decided to book an appointment online. I had my medical certificate and prescription sent to my email within 30 minutes. It was a relief to be able to purchase a medication so quickly. The doctor was very efficient.

Dr phoned quicker than expected. When I had problems downloading my script the person I spoke to was very helpful. I would definitely use this service again.

Really quick and efficient to start a chat and issue oral contraceptive prescription after some questions and info. Used twice!
