No response

Booked through Wowcher thinking it was a great deal and that I’d finally get to go to Poland. Unfortunately, once you try to redeem the voucher, everything goes downhill. You’re hit with extra charges sometimes nearly the same amount as the original voucher price.

Paul was good at the start, but once the extra payments were made, everything went downhill. What’s worse is that payment is taken and you’re still waiting for confirmation once the money has already been taken, which is outrageous. We still don’t have confirmation of the hotel or the flight. Trying to contact them is even more frustrating there’s little to no correspondence or support when you need answers.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and not at all what was expected from what initially looked like a great deal. Will not use again.

Refuses cancellation, avoids written communication, extremely poor service

Extremely disappointing experience with Prime Holidays.

I contacted them regarding a Wowcher voucher that auto-redeemed without my consent. No travel dates were booked and no service has been provided.

I spoke to a representative named Phil, who was unhelpful and repeatedly stated that cancellation was not allowed due to a vague “70-day rule”, yet refused to provide this in writing. The only alternative offered was a 1-night UK stay, which is clearly not comparable to the original multi-night overseas city break with flights.

Prime Holidays continue to avoid email communication and instead try to ring to repeat that cancellation is not allowed, without providing any legitimate contractual justification, expiry date, or full list of alternatives.

This lack of transparency and refusal to document their position is concerning. I would not recommend Prime Holidays to anyone.

Absolutely shocking company to deal…

Absolutely shocking company to deal with, bought a Wowcher to Krakow then tried to redeem it with Prime Holidays, they then said I would have to pay another £198.00 for the same Holiday I had already, I said no to this and requested a refund under Wowchers 14 day change of mind policy, up to now, and after lots of communication no refund has been actioned by either Wowcher or Prime Holidays, each seemingly blaming each other, beware !!! you will be scammed out of your money if you buy this deal.

Would be minus if it was an option

Would be minus if it was an option. The customer service is appalling, they lie and do not get back in touch. My child and I due this companies lies and incompetency were left in krakow with no where to stay in below freezing snowy conditions in the early hours. I felt vulnerable and very upset. Would not recommend this company at all.

I attempted to book a holiday through a…

I attempted to book a holiday through a voucher that used Prime Holidays. When it came to booking the flights they told me that I was not able to fly on the dates I had selected unless I paid another £100 per person!! Once I told them I would not be paying that they told me thy could fly me to another country which I then obviously declined as I had chosen Paris. I told them I would have no other option but to cancel with them as they were unable to fulfill what I have purchased. 2 weeks later they are making it impossible to contact them and get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Under NO circumstances should you book any kind of break through Wowcher or even directly from this DREADFUL disorganisation. They will take your money, say an agent will contact you which hasn’t happened since 15th December 2025 to date, NOT sent a confirmation email, not call back during your suggested contact times, not respond to phone calls, emails or texts NOTHING. I absolutely believe they are scammers and so are Wowcher. Check out the Facebook page “WOWCHER RIP OFF” with 11.4k members (😳😱😳MAINLY talking about Prime Holidays. They, combined with Wowcher have ruined Christmas, New Year and a 60th birthday I saved so hard for to gift this. I wish I’d seen the social media pages before. Call trading standards and watchdog. They have WRECKED my already poor health. Absolutely appalling and I have written brilliant reviews on trip advisor for some many far more deserving companies.

I lost my dad a couple of months and…

I lost my dad a couple of months and wanted to book a trip to finally have some space to grieve. I messed up, the tickets were wrong and it's too much money to loose. I've been chasing and emailing them for ages and their first contact with me was pretending I hadn't been trying to get in touch with them. I'm still trying to get my refund now, but this process has been really distressing. Don't use wowcher. You can't even get in contact with customer service, and all the messages I've receieved in response lack any human empathy or even just decency. This business is a scam. Do not use them, or Prime Holidays

And even now, they've reached out twice to say they need more information and every time I explain the issue, it's silence. They've made no meaningful attempts to resolve this issue. awful.

Very good service for a last-minute.

Very good service for a last-minute getaway. John helped me secure the booking on the phone and was very friendly. The flight was a bit early, but it meant we got a full extra day of holiday, so I'm not complaining! Hotel location was ideal. Highly recommend this travel agent.

PAY THROUGH PAYPAL! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

GOT THE MONEY BACK THROUGH PAYPAL. Everyone reading this, pay through PayPal as you’ll have their protection against fraud.
ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! I bought a city break holiday from Wowcher and redeemed the vouchers with Prime Holidays. They took my details and then told me that deal was no longer available but at an extra cost I could change the flight details or stay a day longer. I cannot afford that so I asked for a refund which they are legally obliged to pay as stated in Wowchers small print. They said I must get it back from Wowcher and Wowcher said I must get it back from Prime Holidays. Neither is willing to pay it back! After numerous calls to Prime Holidays and speaking to “Grace” and “Ethan” I lodged a dispute through PayPal to get the money back and Wowcher hasn’t even answered to them either. I am a pensioner and losing £288 to a scammer is a big chunk of money I now don’t have. Do not trust them, they are SCAMMERS!!!

Not happy with this company Atall I booked a Wowcher holiday to Amsterdam then all the added costs came afterwards I spoke to Phil on the phone and he was rude and gave me a lot of attitude I am not happy to pay any extra and I will be having a refund I have worked in customer services all my life and I no if I have upset my customers my higher team would not be happy with me
