Hi there. Used a friend's tool over the weekend and really impressed. Just wondering if you do, or plan to do, an angled jaw set for hard to reach areas. Or isit compatible with a novopress angle set. My novopress needs replacing, thinking of making the switch to alpha press, but for me angled jaw set is a must. Thanks in advance

I received a different product than…the product contains manufacturing defects. can't work. no contact from the seller. case reported to the bank. chargeback attempt
I received a different product than advertised. Plus, it seems broken. I have a problem. I just lost money and still have no tool to work with. I wrote to email info press-tools.co.uk asking what could be wrong. can it be repaired or replaced. no response for 3 days. I am currently trying to do a chargeback through my bank. moreover, when the package arrived, I had to pay extra money. a fee that was not taken into account before sending the goods. it was a customs fee but I wasn't informed about it.

We have already emailed you twoce about this subject and have no issue in trying to resolve.
I've resent the email via a different email address so maybe you have received it now.
Contact us and we have no problem in resolving but, the part you have is what you have ordered and is not defective but we do accept that the other type spring closed would be better for your use.
Furthermore, you have purchased a product from the UK which is no longer part of the EU. As such you would have to pay any duty in you country - we have no control over this.
You also did not tell us before ordering that you were not in the UK.
In any case, were happy to resolve.
