The quality and flavour of the food is amazing.

My partner has the meat dishes and loves them.

I have the vegetarian dishes and I love the curries - but i am disappointed in the portion consistency. In at least 50% of my orders for curries the rice quantity is always consistent, but the amount of curry varies drastically and often it feels like they’ve made too little to meet the number of portions ordered and so have split out what they have to try and make it look like a reasonable volume in each dish (which it isn’t).

The price of the dishes is quite high, but if they can get the consistency in portions sorted I’d say worth it, as all food is clearly freshly cooked, healthy and tastes wonderful.

The food really does taste amazing even from frozen tbh I wasn't expecting it to be for me this was just something to fill my calories without me doing any work but the taste of everything I've eaten is excellent.

Everything is great and spot on! Ash goes over and beyond as has a really quick turn around on emails. Communication, product packaging, taste and contents is 5stars! Couldn’t ask for anything else. I tried a 7 meal tester and I will be putting in regular larger orders moving forward.

My only issue that am recently realizing, is salt content is not disclosed and I started noticing I hold water after these meals, possibly quite high ??!

Amazing customer service

Horrible company ! Lost out on 21 meals £165 I spent and left with no food all week and no money to buy more food , ash continued to lie on the phone to my face and when I asked for proof he couldn’t provide ! The meals where left behind my bins for days in warm weather cause he delivered them early without letting anyone know , I am in the army and wasn’t at the address he lied and said I confirmed the delivery when I didn’t ! The delivery date I got told was Tuesday by DHL so I took the day off work , and they’ve decided to delivery early on the Sunday by there own means , leaving me hungry all week will out of date stinking meal preps

Great customer service, had an issue with DHL and the manager went out of his way to get this resolved as fast as possible. When I finally received my food, it was exactly what I hoped it would be. Tasted great, well presented, and came in a well-insulated box, packed in ice to keep both safe and fresh through transit. Thanks very much!

This catering service's food was simply amazing! Every dish was bursting with flavor and left me wanting more.

Have ordered from PrepUK a few times now and honestly each time has been great. The meals they provide are very nutritional and taste amazing (personally my favourites are the authentic chicken curry, signature chicken drumsticks and jerk chicken, but they're all really nice). You can tell that the meals are hand made with care, which is very refreshing in this day and age.

I've never experienced any issue which required me to contact the customer services but from what I can see and have heard the customer service is very proactive and they will do everything they can to help resolve any issue you may face.

The only note I can make really is that the last delivery I had was 1 day late and wasn't delivered in the 1 hour time slot I was provided (was delivered about 5 hours after!) but this isn't really any fault of PrepUK more so the courier (DHL), but just wanted to note this on here.

Overall would very much recommend PrepUK for people who maybe don't have the time to cook for themselves, or for anyone who just wants an easy way of tracking your macros for meals.

Myself and my partner are a couple of weeks in to a monthly bundle with prep. The staff are really friendly and super helpful. They respond very quickly to any queries you have. They provide a slick service and their deliveries are organised and on time. The food is really tasty too, isn’t bland like some of the meal preps I have had before from other companies. It’s great that they have a variety to choose from too. Highly recommend. We will we ordering our 2nd month soon.

I’ve tried a lot of different prep companies but have to say by far this is the best food I’ve tasted. It’s a little bit for expensive than others but to be honest it’s worth the slight higher price as the food ans the Macros is perfect. Would recommend even my 14 year old likes them so I’ve gone from the 14 meals to the 21 meal option

The meals are delicious and perfect balance of macros.
Delivery time is too long

I requested using dhl service point for my meals when I saw the delivery notification, and that caused one day delay. The team has updated the process to ensure customers are aware in advance about possible delays that may have an impact on the food. Very responsive,efficient, good portion, and tasty meals.
Ash and the team ensured that my queries and concerns were satisfied in a timely manner.
I'll definitely continue ordering from them.
