Don't know why this place has a 3.9. Customer Support is the the best. The ship time is expedient. Some companies only include the syringe, Premium Spores has needle, alcohol swabs, everything needed for microscopic research in professional package. And best of all a quality product! ⭐ A+

I reached out to their customer support email, and quite literally, in the time it took me to look away from my computer and back, they had already responded. I thought it was an auto-generated reply, but NOPE!! Within TWO MINUTES (not exaggerating, LITERALLY 2 minutes later), they had replied to my question.
All I'm saying is, either this company hires psychics, or their customer support team deserves a raise because, if you even have an inkling of a question, you won't have it for many seconds longer if you ask them.

11/10 would phone this company over 911 in an emergency.

I have ordered from 2 companies previous to premium spores. All syringes were non productive. Every time i have ordered from PS I’ve had 100% success rate. I thought for sure one syringe had just water but under a microscope man spores were everywhere.
If you want a solid product, great customer service and fast shipping.... look no further.... Premium Spores is where you need to spend you hard earned money!

Spore quality over all is good, there B+ line has low spore count, shipping has been an issue but they have worked hard to keep there customers happy. This is a good vendor, and I appreciate there efforts to satisfy me.

The person that answered the phone was a truly miserable human being who might benefit from some spores. She was very rude, very unprofessional, do your homework, this is not the place you want to get spores through and don't let her disposition turn you off from the craft.

The spores (7 different) I received have had VERY "clean" genetics. I use agar extensively and isolating has been much easier than others. No Contamination, Syringes densely packed with spores.
I used other sources before because I thought cost was better. Well, as they say:
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
And as clean as the genetics have been compared to others, is well worth it to me!

Could not easily pay for my order, so it got cancelled and purchased elsewhere. The information about zelle payments on the premiumspores website is vague, and the customer service a zelle is a nightmare.
Maybe the product is worth studying, but who knows if you can't easily pay for it.
Sporeworks had no issue taking payment easily, and they made more money because of it (and I got more research samples for the money too).

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Premium Spores. I am new to this hobby, and was leery at first. However, the product arrived very quickly (during COVID) and I had no issues whatsoever. I had great success working with this product and couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be buying from them again. Oh, and paying ended up being easier than I thought. I used Zelle and it was simple. If anyone is on the fence and unsure if you should buy from them, I’d say do your research! Follow guidelines of others who know and you can’t go wrong. Peace

I am unsure why there are so many bad reviews, besides assuming that people haven’t done enough research in the field. I’ve had countless experiences with their products and have had 0 problems with any of my research. Everything has looked perfect under the scope, with no oddities or anything unexpected. They deserve credit for their fast, consistent service even during the times we live in with a pandemic-affected postal service. I'm a relatively new mycology hobbyist. Health, wellness and happiness are the driving forces. What's becoming very clear is that this hobby seems to attract some of the kindest and most understanding characters you can know. Being new, I'm sure Im to blame for wasting half of my first two orders. Thinking it was either error on my end or maybe it was the product. So I wrote to them, questioned quality and was really hoping for assurance so I could refocus on my end of things. They responded absolutely thoroughly. They addressed every question and comment I made with total consideration for my worries. They not only gave me very satisfying assurance of quality, they actually offered to replace half my previous orders even though I admitted it was probably my own error.
Long story short, I upgraded my process and immediately had success with their product. Quality is there. Customer care is practically at fictional levels(in a good way). And least importantly, everything comes quickly and packaged respectfully. Hope I'm not going overboard saying the entire experience was heart warming lol. Well, it was. Good luck to everyone

I have had mixed results with their products Penis envy and hawian strains have been great, while golden teacher and luminous lucies have been very disappointing. However, customer service has been great, but if the product doesn't deliver who cares how nice they are in an email?

First strain I bought and grew was golden teacher. All went well, 1oz dried and ZERO potency. Ordered and grew Albino penis envy. A slow grower and the flush was pitiful. Dried and consumed 2g. ZERO potency.
Really upset at this point because I have 4 other strains I bought from them to grow and I know I’m going to be disappointed.

Before I ordered I asked these folks some questions about storage and they replied very promptly with great information. So I placed my order and my product shipped the day they got my payment. Arrived quickly and is exactly what I ordered. Can't say good enough stuff here!! HIGHLY recommended.

I ordered 1 spore syringe. I enclosed cash, wrapped in paper and physically delivered to a mail box. After some time, I contacted them by email. They said they would let me know when they received it. I hears nothing and emailed again asking them if they have complaints from customers who sent cash and they never responded. Folks, if the company doesn't take credit cards along with crypto currency options, chances are they scamming. Don't believe the good ratings because they can write those themselves. Beware. Don't lose your money.

******I ordered my spores on December 5th. I did receive them today, January 27th. After emailing them a second time with no response, I posted here. The day after my review went up, I received an email that my order was being processed. Coincidence? I just want to make a correction to let others know I received the product. Sometimes things happen. With the additional info, buyers can make their own choice. I'm happy I got my product but I'd be hesitant to use them again.

This Company has excellent customer service very professional even with this covid going on they are still diligent and pretty dang fast
