Terrible customer service. The little girl I spoke with had the attitude of an moody teenager. The messed up my order and had it sent an address I’ve never had anything sent to before. And then blamed me for their mistake. Save your money and go elsewhere

had nothing but great expierences with this company. Has always arrived!! and when studying there material its always top notch product! now in comparison to sporeworks genetics, sporeworks wins. but ive tried about 30 different spores labs and premium is top notch. my only complaint is they need to darken up the syringes more. they can add some more spores to there syringes like sporeworks for everyone. thats my only complaint and why its only a 4 star and not 5 star.

The sample was trash. You would be wasting your money doing business with premiumspores. Overpriced. Probably not even what it was supposed to be. You can't study mycelium or do anything really with samples like that. big RIP

I purchased 3 very overpriced syringes expecting great genetics. Not a single one produced viable spores.

Do not send them cash. I knew the risk, it was under $100 so I took a chance, knowing I'd either get a free 10cc's of spores or I'd get robbed. I got robbed.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. There customer service doesn’t exist at all. They refuse to help you order online when you are trying to spend money with them. I think I spoke to Penny. Rudest person I’ve ever talked to a company. Refused to let me talk to someone else at the company. Wouldn’t give me the owners name until I repeatedly insisted. Refused to leave the owner Brian a message. I’m on the phone with a credit card trying to spend money with this company and they won’t even assist you with a problem you are having online and then I wa hung up on. There are many other spore providers that are nice and helpful to their customers and they sell better quality products then Premium Spores. This companies reputation is deteriorating rapidly among mycologist like myself. If I could rate this company a -10, I would! Look at the reviews for this company. 30% of people that reviewed this company don’t even say they are good. 27’% say they are bad. That says it all. This company is also involved in criminal activity. There are certain states that they are prohibited by law from mailing syringes to. One of those states is Georgia. I have proof that the owner of Premium Spores has sent syringes to GA and it wouldn’t surprise me if they are continuing to violate these laws. The appropriate authorities will be notified and and I feel confident that they will be investigated. To my fellow mycologist I say stay as far away from them as possible. You don’t want to be on their customer list if they get taken down by the DEA.
Update: BEWARE: The DEA has been notified about the criminal activity this company has engaged in. The Postmaster has also been notified that this company is using the post office to send their products across state lines to states that prohibit these products by law.

They are a total scam, whenever my syringes finally got here, they were empty.
A couple specs of contaminated black pepper in the purple mystics and the Air Force ones.... I believe are a total made up strain with a recycled picture.
I used the best top of the line equipment and totally sterile slides and environment...
I paid top dollar for purple mystics and Air Force ones....
I should have known just by the name that they made this stuff up....
I would have rather gotten cheaper and more reliable spores that have been studied before.
That said. I got ripped off by some high-dollar pretty picture and a promise.

They are a great shop the spores are top notch they get your order to you super fast.This is the place for your needs look no further. You guys rock

Amazing customer service!
They got back to me within 30 minutes when I had a concern.

I placed an order and paid on the same day.
I didn't hear anything from them in two weeks, so I messaged them on a Sunday.

They replied almost immediately and several times in order to make sure I recieved the emails. I appreciate their timely customer service.

They say that they weren't notified of payment, although they clearly see the payment in their account.

I still feel that it shouldn't take an email from me to help them process an order that was done according to their request for payment.

They didn't check payment in those weeks or reach out to me to let me know my order was on hold. Good communication with customers shouldn't begin when there's a complaint.

They finally processed the order. I am waiting to recieve it. I will update the review when I recieve the order and determine if the spores are viable.

Ordered 2 different spores syringes. One took, the second did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. A second syringe of the dunt strain was mailed out at no charge. Second syringe = ZERO GROWTH. Another complete flop. I'd recommend using a different mushroom company like High Desert Spores or Spore Works.

Dont order these guys are full of very crappy ass spores, they are sending out old and contaminated plates. All they say when you email was its tested, then whats the point in emailing, send me a free syringe next time. I don't want your free trash I want a good research plate an am willing to pay more for it not less for some trash ass contaminated plate.

Horrible absolutely not viable spores. The game these people play is that they are the same people as Midwest grow kits. That's why Midwest recommends them. It's the same people. While Midwest has good quality equipment, the spores are garbage. I personally believe it's just charcoal in water. One syringe was loaded. I mean loaded. I used this to innocculate a pre sterilized liquid culture kit from Midwest. No growth all the so called black spores just sunk to the bottom and stayed there. All still black. All work was done in a sterile room with a flow hood running 24-7

Horrible wish would of flushed money down toilet

Seen the last review, so wanted to post the same.I used Zelle and my payment didn’t go through either. I had to call and pay over the phone. First time paying for anything over the phone, and it was super professional and I shared a laugh over something with the lady that took payment. Got my product and grew it to completion last week 🙏🏾

We just tried to place an order, we paid through Zelle and our bank account got suspended.
Premiumspores.com is on sone kind of Federal list. 🙁

Amazing customer service! As everywhere, USPS has had some shipping delays. Premium spores went above and beyond and manually kept me updated with these delays and eventually shipped out a duplicate order with upgraded shipping. They worked extremely hard to make things right for a situation that was outside of their control. I'll continue to buy from them in the future!

None of the spores purchased very viable.
When I reached out via email to customer service they brushed me off. Terrible customer service. Majority of the positive reviews are fake... Lesson learned. Rather buy the kits from their competition.

I've ordered about 4 times from PS and all i can say is WOW! only one small issue with my 1st order's shipping. Contacted customer service and it was resolved instantly, and sent me 2more syringes free for the mix up. Nothing but good to say about this company.

I can say that the spores I ordered were as advertised and turned into a great crop. I trust this company and will return for future experiments.
