It has been a pleasure dealing with both Jonny and Charlotte for the purchase of my sons car. Jonny managed to find the exact car he was looking for at a good price. Charlotte was extremely helpful and friendly ensuring the purchase went smoothly and the car got delivered as quickly as possible at a convenient time. Jonny quickly found the exact car I was looking for with all the added special features that I was after. The process was really smooth, and Charlotte was very helpful with making sure all things regarding the delivery of the car and any finance contracts etc were sorted and explained. I recently bought a car from Elliott at PRV. I'd been researching for over 9 months and knew what I wanted, Elliott had one available but unfortunately it looked like it wouldn't be able to work because I had finance pre-arranged with a provider who don't work with PRV. Elliott was proactive and creative coming up with a number of potential solutions and we pursued one together which was equivalent to my existing lender. I wouldn't have thought about this solution, but he found a way to make it work. His aftersales service was exemplary; from staying in touch about the status of the car, the stage in the prep it was up to and sourcing and arranging for an additional key for me. Arguably one of the best sales teams I have dealt with, definitely the best team in the automotive industry I have dealt with. I'll be coming back to them and recommend my friends do the same. Superb.

From the get go, Jonny was great and showed me lots of different options within my price range. Jonny looked for about 6 months to find my perfect car as I was very fussy about what I wanted. When we found one I was happy with Charlotte helped me through all the finance and delivery options. Her service was exceptional; a genuinely lovely lady!
