Being totally new to car leasing I had a lot to learn. Elliot was top notch. He listened to what I was after and what I liked and disliked about cars. He made alternative suggestions when the initial car I wanted had a long order time and I ended up falling in love with one of those suggestions. I initially raised my query at the start of December and I’m sat with a brand new very shiny vehicle on my drive 3 days before Christmas. He answered the large volume of random questions from me throughout the process with knowledge expertise and a sense of humour. He also followed up after delivery and first drive to ensure everything was good. I felt very well looked after, going through a totally new process!

Yet another A1 experience from end to end from Premier Vehicle Group. Elliott & Charlotte in there were consummate professionals all the way through and are a credit to the business. Cannot recommend Elliott enough - been to a few dealerships but Elliott showed us what it should be like buying a premium vehicle. Always on hand, answered EVERY single question and was more than happy to go that bit further each and every time. When I'm in the market for a new car, they'll be who I turn to first!

Bought a Mercedes E Class in October, professional service and great communication throughout the entire process. Both Charlotte and Elliott were very responsive and lovely to deal with. The car is immaculate, encountered very minor issues with the car and the team sorted them out free of charge. Great service and beautiful cars.

Taken delivery of my new car, Premier went the extra mile in sourcing the vehicle and also completed a two bar fitment prior to its delivery.

The process was managed directly with no need for me to be involved in negotiations or delivery arrangements.

And Charlotte kept me in the loop from order date to delivery, checking in frequently and making sure the handover went without a hitch.
