my stair lift is a life saver for me
jack who fitted stairlift was really helpful and very knowledgable, answered allmy questions
and the best bit is remote controlls upstairs and downstairs. Best thing i ever did and didnt cost a fortune

These people have no clue about customer service.

I reported a fault with the handset to the ceiling hoist. The hoist is used to transfer my 32 yr old daughter from her bed and into her wheelchair, the hoist also carries her into the bath. It is used every day, several times a day and they are well aware the importance of this equipment. At first (we are local to them) they promised to drop off a new handset. We waited in all day but no one came. I phoned the next day as soon as their office opened, the lady I spoke to said she needed to talk to the service department and would I like to hold or she could ring back. I asked her to ring back, over 4 hrs later no call back so I rang them again. A new lady said they were going to send a handset through the post! What Is my daughter supposed to do for the next few days, sleep in her wheelchair chair! After complaining they have said they will get a handset delivered today. Considering they are in the business of supporting disabled people they seem to have no concept of how to do this efficiently.

Jake and his colleague fitted a ceiling hoist for my mum.
Both were professional and polite.
Jake talked us through the mechanics of the hoist, and was happy to answer any questions I had.
I'd thoroughly recommend this company.

This company as left me 4 days with out my stairlift saying don't stock parts sent 1 enginee twice and he said he don't no how to fix the problem as he don't work with stairlift then next day sent a second who said he didn't no

We had a H hoist fitted by Jack who works for premier Mobility both Jack and his helpers where very professional did the work so smoothly and very tidy I recommend Primeir Mobility.

Excellent service, friendly staff, clean and tidy efficient service. Joe took the time to explain everything. All fitted and working within 3 hours. Very pleased would recommend this company highly.

At my arrival in hotel H10 Conquistador (playa de las Americas) the rollator was available at the reception. Cecking out I simply informed the front desk and did not remember I payed a safety deposit.
To my surprise the amount of 20€ was transferred to my account the day I got home!

My mother was hospitalised on the Saturday, Premier Mobility were able to install a chair lift inside four days. The engineers Jack and Jenson were very professional, installing the lift in less than two hours, no fuss, no mess, just brilliant! Mum arrived back the following day. Can't recommend Premier Mobility enough, superb.

Excellent service from Joe, he installed a stair lift for my neighbour and explained how to use it clearly to her while keeping everything neat and tidy. He was professional and very friendly. Thank you!

Jack and Jenson were lovely, friendly and very informative. They installed an outside step lift which only took 2 hours from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company and and these guys. Tidied up any mess made as well. Husband is very very happy.
