Zero customer care

This company appears to be a bunch of grifters who don't answer the telephone when you need to speak to them. If you press 1 and ask for a call back you might get lucky and receive the callback but probably won't. I've emailed their support email 7 times asking for a reply and keep receiving an automated response about not being able to accept it. My father is 83 years old and dying in a hospital bed following a major stroke, and this company don't have the decency to deal with my simple request to cancel his out of contract land line. I've managed 2 conversations over the last 4 weeks and on both occasions I've been told the cancellation team will sort it all out and will contact me directly to confirm everything. I'm still waiting for that to happen. So as the time rolls on during a difficult period my family are going through, this company continues to ruthlessly extract money from his bank account. SHAME ON YOU.

Mae was very polite & courteous &…

Mae was very polite & courteous & followed company policies however my problem was unresolved as you don't not have a copy of power of attorney for myself & my father. My father has alzheimer's & is quickly getting worse. As his main carer I have never been asked for power of attorney. I work full-time & found it difficult enough to get intouch with you as it is, to then have the issue unresolved is very stressful

Update on no Internet or phone line…

Update on no Internet or phone line from the 12th may its the 2 of June l had a phone call telling me that it's going to take 2 weeks to get back on the Internet as they can't go over to the full fibre that l have payed for if you are thinking of going to fibre Internet with them don't

After a few failed attempts at getting…

After a few failed attempts at getting my 87 year old mother in laws account sorted out. I escalated it to their escalation team. I dealt with two lovely ladies Ally and Chloe. Both very knowledgeable and apologetic with regards to the way the account was dealt with. I believe it is now all cleared up. But obviously have to wait until the next bill.

Ruby was so helpful and rang my elderly…

Ruby was so helpful and rang my elderly step dad to explain the new policies however he has decide to cancel his land line as has no need for internet infact he can’t even use a computer or smart tv etc do I need further help in how we canx the line with you please asap so he does not get charged again thank you

First of all I did not purchase anything..today . Spoke to a couple of lovely ladies Thiahh and Mae.. regarding billing, they were lovely, the company itself needs to improve on waiting times on call backs and responding to emails..

Callback lady so helpful!

Calling to get through to someone is near on impossible! You are put straight into a queue which lasts for ages. I chose to do the call back option as was calling on behalf of my grandparents and wanted to try every thing I could. It did take 4 hours to get a call back.
I can’t remember her name, but the lady who called me back was lovely. She was apologetic that my Nan and I had been trying to get through to someone for days. She sorted my issues straight away, even happy to stay on the phone while I messaged my Nan to ask what she wanted to do. I believe she’s quite new to the company - a great asset!
