Absolutely appalling- told to ring and make appointment if I didn’t get phone call in a week. Phoned 16 times, no answer. Left x4 messsges, no one returned call.
Eventually a receptionist at on main reception asked them to ring me, scanning them denied receiving the referral, went back to GP. Referral had been marked by Practice plus as received. Again attempted to reconnect, no answer and message left. If I could leave zero stars I would.
Now going to the hospital to speak to someone face to face, definitely WOULD NOT recommend

I was rejected for a hernia operation due to my sleep apnea a few months ago , then I got a phone call a few days ago to book me in to see an anesatist so I thought they had had a change of heart so I booked a day off work and got 2 buses and 2 trains from bognor only to be told by the anesatist the exact same thing as I was told before, what a complete waste of time , I suggested because of my sleep apnea I was prepared to have the op under local anesthetic which I was told was possible but she didn't seem to keen , I got the impression that unless an operation is 100% straight forward practice plus don't want to know , I've had a double hernia for 15 months now and as I explained I'm in constant pain but she just didn't seem interested or seem to care maybe something will give a damn when it strangulated and I nearly die , shockingly bad service

Once in the X ray room the young women who tended to my x ray was extremely rude! I had to have my knee x ray first due to being nervous I was finding it hard to put my knee in the correct position against the board, the young woman shouted at me that I was hurting her back? i was nowhere near her? i apologised not really knowing what id done, I was the patient in pain and didn't expect to get shouted at while having an x ray. Disgusting way to treat a patient! I will be looking into to take this further. No bedside manner and shouting is not really appropriate to any patient who is in pain and nervous anyway , so thanks for the horrible experience you have now put me off going again!
