The part i ordered for my lawnmower arrived very quickly, unfortunately my lawnmower fell between different models and the part did not fit. I called the parts department and the correct part was identified and sent out to me very promptly, excellent customer service

-drive belt fits my JCB 100mm…
-drive belt fits my JCB 100mm woodchipper perfectly. Only given it 4 🌟 as when I ring the company to confirm the if the belt would fit the staff said it will charge me for delivery. However on the website order it was free delivery.

Very difficult and pedantic to deal…
Very difficult and pedantic to deal with, after having spent over a week proving they sent out the wrong item (couldn’t find my transaction, to sending a photo of there dispatch note with correct details to sending screenshots of the incorrect and correct items on there website) after all that they agreed they sent out the wrong item and that they would send out the correct item……. One week later and I’m still waiting for it!!!!!!
Exactly 21 days since I ordered it, the correct item has arrived. I have fitted it and it works perfectly. Better late than never I guess.

I ordered a part and when it came it…
I ordered a part and when it came it was the wrong one. I reordered it and it was down for delivery but was never sent. Spoke with someone again about it and they said not sure what’s happening and why it’s not been sent but I make its sent this time. It still hasn’t arrived a week after that. To say I’m pissed off is an understatement as I cannot finish the job I started 3-4 weeks ago due to this. Very unhappy customer

You have to wait in a queue to get the part numbers and then order them from a website and some parts might be out of stock assuming you have heard and written down the number correctly

false stock advertising
looked online for a hyundai hybc5600x brush cutter and found that only the power site had it available on there site so i went ahead and purchased it and waited 2 days for them to post it for next working day but didnt receive and update so i contacted support who were very helpful and they told me it was out of stock and would come back mid august and one thing that confused me was that it still said it was in stock online and never said anything about being out of stock and being available for a preorder so it would be better if they changed that and now i have to wait 5-8 working days for a refund
