Blade for my mower out of stock
The blade for my mower was out of stock.
Having contacted the companies customer services department my problem has now been fully resolved.
I will state this, in this day and age it is un-usual to find a company that goes the extra mile to keep its customers happy. This company went more than that and I WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

All went well and the part supplied was…
All went well and the part supplied was an exact replacement for the faulty part on my machine.
The part did spend too long in transit not the fault of power tool spares.

They were very helpful but the part they supplied did not fit....in the end was forced to buy a new lawnmower.

The exploded diagram is very helpful
The exploded diagram is very helpful, but it needs to be much clearer in the magnification view, too small. Once the part as been identified, it would be time saving if you could click on the part number and you would be taken to that part in the list, instead of having to scrole and scrole.

I was amazed that you had the wiring I needed, I tried main dealer but they wanted me to ship my strimmer to them for repair at their company but was very expensive,so came across your website and was able to get everything I needed for a very reasonable price and excellent value very fast shipping,and now my machine runs better than ever,thanks for a great service.

All the right parts......
Power Spares customer service team was very good in identifying the parts I required.
The only snag was that, for a few weeks, they weren't all available at the same time.
However, ultimately, the order was fulfilled, delivery was rapid, I was satisfied with the experience and would be very happy to use this company again for future needs.

Shocking service- Parts I ordered have not arrived after almost 3 weeks. Tried calling - after 14 minutes call went through to an adviser who cancelled the call before speaking. Have called and left message for them to call me back - still waiting 3 days later,
