My box of handy handbag size perfumes is perfect! They all smell beautiful & often struggle on which one to wear as I love them all! They last all day & often get asked what perfume am I wearing :) Highly recommend!

They are cruelty n toxin free and made from natural ingredients, eco friendly n sustainable packaging. Also includes a little card explaining each scent. A really lovely luxurious box set and a perfect gift! 👌💖😍

Amazing products and beautiful packaging
I received a candle as a birthday gift. I have to say I love the fragrance of Addiction and the smell, it lasts really well in my home. I do often buy luxury candles and products and this is a brand which I will now look to try more of their products in the future. I have purchased their tester kit and love it, it’s so handy to have the little sprays in handbags, car and work etc.

So I tried to order the full refill pack and black holder pack as a Valentines gift for my wife. I started the process on the 5th of February - plenty of time ahead.
Money was in my bank, card not blocked or anything and the first order was CANCELLED by Potion.
So the following day I went through it all again and got to the screen where it thanked me for my order.
I just found out Potion CANCELLED that order.
WHY??????
What sort of outfit spends money on Facebook Advertising then refuses to take customers money - its crass stupidity at its best.
I confirmed with my bank IN WRITING that it wasn't my end or their end - they saw the money go out from my account and then they saw the money come back INTO my account from Potion.
HUH???? Have you ever heard of anything so utterly stupid from a business perspective - Hey we'll take your money but hey we don't want your business so here's your money back. What The Hell?
And not one jot of an explanation from these people - they just did it and they clearly thought this was OK on some level which I am failing completely to understand.
So now I am without a gift for my wife on Valentines all thanks to this stupid company.
They are going to have to go a very very long way to win my custom back.
Bloody Annoyed and Angry. Seems I am not the only one to suffer their poor business practices - their Trustpilot rating is awful.

Our website and payment system is built using Shopify and their payments functionality, as well as paypal. So unfortunately payments are for the most part automated and we don't have any control over them.
As a startup we completely share your frustration as we need customers in order to grow. Really sorry you went through this, if you ever decide to give us another try and have the same issue please email us on finance@potionparis.com and we'll see if we can try and process your order and payment manually.

Shocking
Shocking. The package beautiful and the scents amazing.
However i got to sample one bottle. Come to sample more and the scents have disintergrated into thin air.
Id expect this from a perfume left in sunlight. However these are in a very neat box.
Am waiting on a reply from customer services as i paid for sample box. Nearly 30 quid for one spray of one perfume.

I am so sorry that you have had issues with one of our sample sets.
I can see that you placed an order in December 2020 for the Discovery Sample Set and contacted our customer support in December 2021 with the issue.
With all recent purchases we always send replacements to resolve and rectify customer complaints, however as it had been 12 months we could not offer replacements, but we did offer a discount code off a larger set as we always try to look after our customers as best we can. Please feel free to get back in touch with us and we'll see what else we can do to rectify this. x
Lovely scents
I am yet to test the longevity of the perfumes (though so far they're doing great). Order arrived quick and in nice packaging. Apart from one of them being half empty all was well.

Fabulous Company !
What an absolute pleasure it is to deal with this company ! Their customer service is second to none and I must mention Tracy who has been amazing with her help due to Royal Mail losing my order (as per usual)
I cannot recommend them highly enough and wish I could give more than 5 stars !
The company ethics of sourcing ingredients is great as are their beautiful fragrances.
Although you may think the pricing is a bit on the expensive side trust me (I buy lots of designer fragrances) you definitely get what you pay for as these fragrances are top quality and long lasting.
