Thank you for my beautiful little pendant that arrived so quickly - this isn’t a complaint just an FYI email.
The item was well packed and despite being clipped up the chain became tangled around all the little briolites. As it’s a very fine chain I had to take it to my jeweller to unravel which he did with no charge but perhaps a better system for keeping chains separate from tangly dangly bits might be a good idea.

Mishandling or breaching of sales?
The handling of their sales is absolutely not acceptable. We placed an order for an available product (a pre-owed Louis Vuitton handbag). The transaction went through as our credit card was charged immediately, the product listing was then put as “sold”, and we thought we are going to get it in one to two weeks. Wrong, but wait, there is more! Four days later as we haven’t heard from them, we decided to drop them a note asking for status. A Customer Service person responded within a couple of hours to tell us that the delay was due to a long holiday weekend, but our order will be processed and we should expect the product will be shipped the next day or so. We thanked them for the information, but that is not all! A few hour later we were contacted via email again but this time they told us that the product was sold to someone else over the weekend and they went ahead and gave us back the credit. How could this happen when an earlier email said they don’t work on the holiday weekend? This has been our first purchase experience with Potero and it will be our last. Why is it a big deal to us? It is about the lack of reliability and honesty. Thanks for reading our feedback.

At first, I was skeptical about buying authentic handbags from an online dealer. Anyway, I tried it and I loved it. I bought the Louis Vuitton handbag black Epi ( Pristine) , however online it states it would come in the original box but it did not. It came with the dust bag and the authentic tags, then 3 weeks later I brought the LV Epi Wallet(Pristine.) It came with the box, dust bag and authentic tags. I love Portero. I will continue to buy my handbags from this company.

Porteo offers excellent service. They are always willing to answer any questions. Their delivery is remarkably swift. Porteo uses FedEx to bring items to Canada. My mistake was not knowing I could cover the Customs and Duties prior to delivery. I consider this is another plus for Porteo for using FedEx to assist Canadian clients. Each and every item I've ever ordered has been exactly as shown. They are indeed a Five-Star company.
