This is the worst internet company in Spain they sell you an internet package which does not live up to the contract, they give you an email address for complaints when you email them they tell you to ring support number's that don't answer you, they won't give you the complaints book. They know it's complicated to complain to the internet watch dog so they don't care.
Very poor service
Very poor service, very poor communication. Cancellation is made especially difficult. I think the company is best avoided. I ended up their customer as they bought out Next Communications - who were excellent

Hola a todos, voy a explicar lo que me está pasando con esta horrible compañía, en el mes de Septiembre me llamo un agente comercial, que con mucha zalamería me ofreció los servicios de Populoos, me dijo que está compañía era la low cost de Orange (1 mentira) me ofreció su Whatsapp, para cualquier problema que que tuviera el estaba a mi disposición ( 2 mentira, desparecido total) continuando en populoos me hicieron una alocución donde di toda mi información, lógicamente mi cuenta corriente también. Pues bien, en el primer mes, ya me cortaron la línea, por devolución del recibo en el banco con un recargo de más de 3 € porque argumentaron que el banco me los cobraba por devolución.pregunte que me leyeran que cuenta corriente tenían y cual fue mi sorpresa, no se parecía en nada a mi cuenta, por lo que yo no era absolutamente culpable de el error y pienso que los 3 € los tenían que asumir ellos, me obligaron a que mandara todos mis datos otra vez con un comprobante de titularidad de mi cuenta bancaria me cobraron 4 € se lo envié via e-mail, y al mes siguiente Noviembre lo mismo, devolucion del recibo + 3 € , otra vez me hicieron enviarles el comprobante de titularidad por e-mail , pues señores este mes de Diciembre otra vez lo mismo, con la particularidad, que viajaba a una dirección con ubicación a una población vecina, a las 8 de la noche, con un frío que cortaba, ni me funcionaba Maps porque me cortaron la linea en jueves 22 no podía llamar a mi contacto porque no tenía línea, suerte de unos jóvenes emigrantes que me ayudaron con su teléfono y pude ponerme en contacto con la persona que me esperaba , al día siguiente viendo que iba a pasar todas estas fiestas sin linea ni fibra, me apresure a hacerles una transferencia y mandarles la foto pir e-mail para que me reactivaran la línea, pues bien hoy estamos a 26 y nada de nada, el viernes fui a un tienda de móviles en la Ràpita y compre a Licamovile un numero de telefono con gigas para poder llamar y navegar. A todo esto les diré que me obligan a permanecer hasta finales de Febrero, tengo 78 años, soy viuda de un autónomo, con pocos recursos. Si alguien puede ayudarme, se lo agradeceré.

Terrible Service
I have been a customer of Wimax/Populoos for over 16 years. When Wimax were in charge the service was brilliant rarely had any problems. Now that Populoos has taken over the service is terrible. Internet is spasmodic, the service is appauling. A nightmare trying to get through on the phone.
Populoos you need to up your game or you will lose many, many customers.
Terrible company - AVOID
I used to use Blu Internet in Javea which was bought by Populoos. Over the years the service from Blu became more and more unreliable and the customer service was essentially non-existent - impossible to make contact and they never responded.
I switched to Telitec at the start of August, who so far have been excellent - a quick, reliable internet service and very responsive customer service.
I cancelled my service with Populoos via email - no response. I contacted them through Whatsapp - I was directed to a different email address. I emailed them again, and several times since - no response. The invoices continued - they continue to try to take my money but can't/won't cancel the service.
I contacted them again about a month ago by phone. They gave me an email address I had to contact - the one I'd been contacting for a month without reply. They also want to tie me in to some further invoices, having not responded to any of my correspondence and trying to tie me to a contract that I never entered into (Blu never issued a contract so I don't have any terms that I need to adhere to).
The customer service agent denied having any record of my emails, despite all of my correspondence going to the address that she gave me, and was refusing to cancel my service unless I complete a cancellation form that then would tie me into further payments - this is not going to happen.
I received yet another invoice today so I contacted them yet again by email. They replied only to say to contact them by phone. I tried that - the line didn’t work. I emailed them again, this time explaining that I had cancelled the service and notified them over ten times already. I also completed the form they had previously sent me, but had to amend it as I don’t actually have a contract! I sent it in by email with a full explanation and their response was … cal customer services! Literally going round in circles with this utterly incompetent company.
In summary, avoid at all costs.
Populoos - Just another multinational with poor service and no accountability
Does anyone know what is going on with Populoos, formerly Ahi, formerly Next Communications?
24 hours without internet now. No adequate explanation other than "they are working on the server". No reliable estimate of resolution time. No proactivity. No information or accountability now that they are part of a multinational, MasMovil/Orange.
Don't they realize how easy it us to change suppliers?
Terrible experience.

Awful Company
They took over Wimax and the internet has been down to an average of 5Mbps even though I pay for 30Mbps. Many calls to technical department they eventually say they cant do anything more!! Emailed the offices, they said I had to call the technical department, I explained I had many times. I told them thank you for your consistently useless service and they replied "You're welcome"
Avoid this company.
Excellent and prompt service
We had a problem with our Internet over 3 days, within 4 hours of reporting the fault, Miguel arrived and fitted a new antenna, done and dusted . An excellent engineer. Many thanks
Not worth the money
After they took over Wimax, internet became a disaster. Connection was bad and when it was connected it was very slow. After cancellation they just send a worker unannounced and weeks later to pick up the equipment. Not worth the money!

I had a subscription for 29 euro/month.
I contact them to get a better offer as competing firms offer 20 €/month. They agree.
They call me and confirm orally that I will get 19,90 €/month as they have this presently on offer.
I agree and have to confirm a SMS for this 19.90 euro (but it was not repeated in the SMS). I trust them and send a sms back.
Afterwards they say that I sgned a contract for 36,90 euro/month for the same service as I used to have !!!
They already took the money from my account.
AVOID THEM !!! They cheat on you and lie to you. They promis something and give you another contract once you agree !!
Just plain criminals !
They did not respond to any mail anymore !!
I will have to make a complaint with the police or the guardia civil !
