I bought their rust killer to prevent further deterioration of metal work surrounding an above ground swimming pool. The 1litre size was quite adequate and did the job as described. I'm hoping the polymer coating will slow water ingress and so far I am very pleased with the results. The office even sent another VAT invoice when requested. Great service.

I though I had put my order in for 25ltrs of wetterflex roof repair sealer. Something must of gone wrong with the order. A few days later I had phone call from Polycote asking me if I had placed a order for Wetterflex because something had gone wrong with the order.I explained that it must be my internet so I replaced the order over the phone and I received my order with in two days just great 👍. I have not used it yet because waiting for my repairs to dry hard. I found it more economical to buy this product from polycoto than else where.

I recently bought Neutrarust from this company, the price was right and the service excellent. Now the product itself is very good as long as you follow the simple instructions, this is the second time I have bought this product and I am extremely pleased with the results

After some discussion about a roof problem one of my customers had. Polycote recommended one of their products. The product is not cheap but it was very effective and cured the flat roof issues. I will be the company again for another roof issue. Would certainly recommend

Really good advice from the technical helpline and a really great product

I have been using Polycote for my resin supplies for quite a while. As an independent retailer I like the fact that deliveries are speedy and accurate, so much so that I can let my stock run right down with no fear that future orders cannot be fulfilled.

Very helpful customer service and good technical support, very patient when we phoned several times to query which was the right products for us. Gap filler worked very well though we did underestimate the amount we needed. The concrete surface paint was very easy to apply, a good colour and covered a large area. Not the cheapest products in this type but you get what you pay for. Our only negative is the delivery company did not keep us up to date with delivery dates and times, but both orders delivered intact.

They supply excellent building solutions in areas that others cannot. Good company and good advice when needed regarding the products

Needed some advise on sealing my exterior sandstone gable end,polycote were very helpful, and they recommended A product called Stone guard, have only just applied it, but it went on well,and covered easily with 2 coats, well done polycote would use them again

I bought Well known garage floor paint. I did what it said on the tin but the tin of paint didn’t do what it said. Ok floor dry tick floor clean tick floor dust free tick concrete in great condition tick. That’s where the ticks end. After a few days to let paint cure I walk on it to find that just walking on the floor was removing the paint total disaster. I managed effortlessly to remove the paint using a jet washer. Ok this is we’re Polycote came to the rescue they advised me in the correct paint to use and how to use and gave me loads of technical help. Purchased there paint arrived next day easy to apply two part paint two costs being honest the first coat was solid fixed tried to scuff it no chance but still gave it a second coat brilliant just brilliant and it did what it said on the tin. Amazing stuff thanks
