DO NOT BUY

The worst product I have ever purchased. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Purchased the Pluxy on 02/21/2026 and was charged express mail (that was the only option). It took over a week to be delivered. If that's the only shipping option available, it shouldn't take that long to be delivered.
After very carefully reading the sheet of instructions that was provided, I used the Pluxy, but it not only did not work, but it also cut up my chin and upper lip. Again, I can not emphasize enough DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have emailed them several times and have had no response. I finally was able to figure out how to get a return label on my own, but I'm being charged $7.00 for it. So after a cut-up chin and upper lip, I still have to pay them more to take back their useless product. Terrible product and customer service.

Lie about free shipping

I wish they made this when I was a teenager all my life I plucked it you name it this device is amazing I recommend it to all my friends The only problem is that it pinches your skin so you must be careful but other than that I am very satisfied 😊

I LOVE IT

This product and the extra tools purchased are AMAZING! It was an answered prayer! I was at my wits end with plucking, shaving, ingrown hairs, and dark patches. My next step was to head to a dermatologist and stepped into Pluxy. Best beauty tool for hair removal for me EVER!!

Didnt work and item broken and melted after 3 uses…

I bought this device and was struggling to get it to work. I tried using it about 3 times and it didnt do anything so i put it back in the box. I recently tried to get it back out to give it another go but the battery was dead. I plugged the device in to charge and despite being plugged in over night for about 10 hours, the charge light remained red and the device was hot! After unplugging, the charging light wouldnt go out. After a few hours, the light would go out but the battery was dead. I contacted customer service and because it was past the 1 years, the solution offered was to send me a new device that i would have to pay $50 for. I paid $85 CAD originally for a dud device that I used 3 whole times and didnt get any kind of results.

Since my device was not going to be covered by warranty and it wasnt working, I decoded to open it up to see what was going on inside. After removing the little screws and the whole white plastic housing, i could see the inside component in which the battery was housed, was melted.
It is just plastic inside and right below where that indicator light qas the area that was sunken on from overheating and melting. It's a wonder this didnt catch on fire and burn my house down. I did reach out to customer service again to let them know but i srill was basically told it was out of warranty and I could get a replacement for $50 I refused the offer as I am not willing to spend 1 more cent on a device that poses a fire hazard. It was a complete waste of money. I do not recommend and suggest those who have this device ro exercise caution and don't leave it charging unattended.

My experience with this company has been invaluable…

My experience with this company has been significant. I became a customer about three years ago. I had lost a charging cord for my Epil Pro 3 while moving so I reached out to the company to inquire about a replacement. They were very receptive and made sure that I got a replacement shipped out to me free of charge all I had to do was pay for shipping. This company is fantastic, and their products are excellent. Everyone woman should have a pluxy product for beauty regimen.

Terrible Customer Service

I have been emailing pluxy twice and haven’t gotten a response yet. I would like to get my money back and lack of professionalism is terrible. This product is painful to use and causes a lot of irritation.

After a few uses , happy customer

After a few uses, I was disappointed because I still had prickly hairs. I reread the instructions and tried again. I moved the device slowly and could feel the hair being plucked. I will say I would have to pluck my chin hair every 2 to 3 days, after using Pluxi I am still waiting to use it again after five days. Definitely would recommend this product.

Give it try, it really works

I was unsure, not only about if the product would work, but if it was well made and would arrive. I have had bad experiences with ordering on Facebook, but this was great. The product works. It takes some time to figure out, I had some challenges, but it is well worth in and works well.
