The replacements and substitutions were installed with a great attention to detail, securing the modern arrangements that work with reliability and greater efficiency. Their readiness to listen and to take care of our particular preferences

Replaced a toilet cistern and a shower unit earlier in the year, so had no problems with using them again for installing a new vanity unit.
When I approached them about the toilet and shower unit, they turned up when they said they would, and the work has been done to a high standard. Again, with the vanity unit, a high standard of work has been completed.

Harry was excellent and fixed my toilet very quickly. He explained clearly what the issue was — the flush mechanism had stopped working and the water kept running — and got it sorted without wasting any time. Great work, and I’d highly recommend him!
