Plumus were great to deal with from start to finish. We initially had a tight time slot, when the engineer got delayed they were helpful in rearranging the visit to a better time.

Had a great experience with Harry. We had just moved into our flat and discovered the toilet was broken and leaking water. Harry came out the same afternoon and identified the issue. He worked in the dark and was able to resolve the issue quickly.

We smelt a gas leak at 8pm. Called plumus and the arranged for an engineer immediately. Luke came out within 30 minutes. Was absolutely fantastic. Considerate, empathetic and professional - identifying the leak and arranged for the fix via the supplier immediately. Very fair and 100% transparent on pricing too. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough and any future issues we won’t hesitate to go straight to Plumus.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Plumus enough. I had an awful experience with another engineer from a different company the day before, but Plumus completely restored my faith. The engineer took so much time to explain everything clearly, showed me how to use and look after my boiler properly, and even went round the house showing me how to bleed the radiators and turned the ones off I didn’t need .

I know nothing about boilers, but he was so patient and reassuring. I never felt rushed or silly for asking questions. It’s so rare to come across a company who genuinely cares about helping people rather than just getting the job done.

He honestly went above and beyond and I’m so grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you again, absolute 10/10 service.

Really friendly staff - both the office contact (George) who answered my call and the engineer who did the work (Harry). Same day call out which was great and arrived very quickly. Having had several plumbers inspect but not fix the shower drainage problem, it was great to have someone take my concerns seriously and do some proper investigation. Harry worked efficiently, identified the issue and resolved it all in 2 hours, including pulling up and reinstating decking to get to the blocked pipe. Very happy with the work done and priced fairly. Would recommend Plumus to anyone.

Our boiler broke on Thursday morning and we got it seen and shut off the same day, then replaced on the Saturday.
