One word excellent

Useless company. Paid for 2-3 days delivery, refunded after 10 days still not dispatched.

Next day delivery - very happy with the pdouct

Boards were lovely and arrived quickly. The only disappointment was that the liming wax finish was much lighter in the flesh than it looks in the image. So if you don't a near-naked looking shelf, jump up a shade in the finishes.

Stunning shelves. Good metal work. The wood for shelves was slightly wonky. Look fantastic up.

I ordered a large size scaffold plank which arrived as promised, the correct length and well packed. No issues. I will order again from this company. Only negative was the price of the item and the next day delivery charge. But I wanted it so suck it up. Looks great installed.

Ordered on 2 June and paid for next day delivery, 15th June, still no delivery date. Phoned and emailed countless times and no one can tell me where the order is and no refund as it is powder coated, avoid this company at all costs

Ordered twice and requested for Saturday delivery, called up and emailed on both occasions and still not received!

Placed my order after checking if items were in stock and it was 10 days before they arrived, but it was only a part order as they had missed sending out the full order.
When the balance arrive the fittings were wrong and despite several emails I never received a reply! When I finally got speaking to someone they didn't seem interested in helping and had no product knowledge as they asked for photos of the items I was missing!
Shocking customer service and would not recommend!

It's been a week since I've made the order. So much for 2-3 Day delivery. At this point, and after reading other reviews I'll be glad if I'll get my order at all.

Totally Unreliable!!! Complete injustice and customer unfriendly.

For a specific time bounded job, wanted to order pipes and fittings. Consulted the job demand and site conditions well ahead with the customer service agent of Pipedream fittings and got full assurance about the timely delivery. Based on that, ordered the items paying the full amount 2 days before but with 'next day' delivery fee so that the items are delivered ontime.

On the day of delivery, 3 out of 4 items were delivered, when asked the delivery agent, he said only 3 items were sent. Called Pipedream agent, he said 4 were despatched but got no clue why only 3 were delivered. Sent emails and got the response stating the 4th item will be delivered next day. Our site was blocked by the client only for a day. After begging, they extended the work permit and access to the site for another day. Updated this to Pipedreams and requested them to send the 4th item atleast next day as promised.
Next day, oir technicians are waiting at the site but with absolutely NO RESPONSE ' FROM PIPEDREAMS to our calls or emails. Our Client got fed up and cancelled the work that afternoon, causing us huge financial and reputational loss.
Informed Pipedreams about this and requested to cancel the 4th item as it was not needed or cant receive it at the site because site was closed and our access was cancelled.
Next day getting a call from the delivery agent that 4th item whas arrived, despite my instructions to cancel it.
Sought refund of the 4th item and compensation to our loss but received very unacceptable response from Pipedreams.
This experience of mine clearly proves Pipedream fittings are Unreliable and one cant order items from them for a specific job with timelines. Pipedream doesn't care about their customers but only money. Their denial of refund to the undelivered item being the most rude and unjustifiable thing I have ever witnessed in my life. When questioned, they were referring their terms in their website, but i have ordered the items through a tele conversation with their agent and there were NO terms mentioned in their quote regarding late delivery!! Will take legal action against them seeking compensation but thought of sharing this extremely disappointing experience with public.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Took my money. Then asked for more money.
Then I changed the size so it was smaller, and once again asked for more money!!
I asked for a refund and had to chase even though they told me I would receive it. Still not received it.

We ordered stainless steel pipe fittings to be delivered to site and paid extra for nex day delivery before 12.00 Midday.
Our guys waited all next day and the items did not turn up.
Then we were told it would be the next morning definatley and it still did not turn up.
Then we were told they had been delivered to the site office, we checked the site office and all CCTV for that day and know deliver was made.
We were then told that there was nothing they could do about it, it was our responsibilty to take delivery of the goods, not there responsibilty to deliver it. Tehy would not issue a re-fund or re-send repalcement goods.

Not a pleasant company to deal with in any shape or form, wish I had never ordered from them, as it led to a drawn out formal credit card dispute to get a resolution.
I’d ordered what I believed to be a suitable handrail and uprights as my wife is struggling with the stairs to our property, based on their website it depicts a nice new shiny handrail, what arrived was just a mess of damaged metal work badly scuffed up and they refused to accept my consumer right to reject forcing my hand into a credit card dispute, Be wary !

Ordered two handrails for stairs in oak. Company sent the wrong colour. Also the fittings for the end were not flush. Company would only accept return at my cost even although it was there fault. Cost me 30 quid to get a refund. They offered to send out more but it was part of a larger project I was purchasing in stages so couldn't risk them all being different colours. Also the quality was poor for the money. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Emailed company asking for quote on small order. No reply. Phoned them to be told estimator on A.L but would reply on his return next day.
No reply. Phoned to ask about quote and receptionist said she would look into it but to resend my enquiry. Resent enquiry..

Three days later. No reply.
Asked to speak with manager who took my email address and would sort problem later that morning. Two days later No Reply.

In 60 years of dealing with customer services this company is by far the worst.It
appears they don't want the orders or can't be bothered with small order for
DIY projects but can't be bothered to tell
you RUBBISH SERVICE.

HAVE HAD Pipe Dream Fittings MANAGER INVESTIGATING MY REVIEW. HE HAS SEARCH THEIR WEBSITE AND CAN FIND NO TRACE OF MY 3 EMAILS AND FEELS AS IF THEY HAVE GONE TO A DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS SIMILAR IN NAME . HE
WILL INVESTIGATE WHY MY 4 PHONE CALLS WERE NOT ATTENDED TO

OUT MY QUOTE AND WITH THIS IN MIND I HAVE AGREED TO OFFER AN OLIVE BRANCH AND ACCEPT HIS FINDINGS
BUT NOT HIS OFFER.

We have spent over £5,000 on materials with this company, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. We have to chase for updates on almost every order, and deliveries are regularly later than promised with no proactive communication.

Around 1 out of 5-6 orders has issues, including shortages and, on one occasion, a completely missing parcel. Despite chasing more than 15 times for an update on the missing item, we were bluntly told by staff (finally) that everything had been sent from their side, with no real effort to investigate or resolve the issue.

Customer service is extremely poor. The sales team passes responsibility around, and every call involves speaking to a different advisor. There is no continuity, accountability, or ownership of problems, which makes resolving even basic issues unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.

While the material quality itself is good, the unreliable deliveries, poor communication, and lack of customer care significantly undermine the overall experience. This level of service is unacceptable for a company handling orders of this value.

Shocked by the quality of the brackets supplied with these shelves. The reclaimed scaffold shelves themselves are beautiful, but the brackets are simply not fit for purpose.

The first set arrived made from poor-quality, weak steel, badly finished, and supplied with screws far too small for the job. They were literally handed over in a Sainsbury’s Ziplock bag, which says everything about the level of care.

After a lot of time, repeated phone calls and unnecessary stress, the company agreed to send replacements. I was shown a design which I approved, only to later discover this was just a random photo taken from a website. What actually arrived over a week later was nothing like what I had been shown, was the wrong size, and was shockingly finished with sharp edges.

Once again the company apologised and, during a phone call, finally admitted that the brackets were poor quality and incorrect. They offered yet another replacement, but by this point it was clear they simply cannot deliver what they promise.

There was no offer of compensation, no concern that I now won’t have a functioning kitchen for Christmas, and absolutely zero empathy. Instead, polite but powerless sales staff were left to deal with the fallout.

Dreadful company. Avoid.

Brilliant service and patience, This is the company I will use from now on. Queries were answered promptly and deliveey quick.

Firstly I would like to say is the product is excellent and of excellent quality. I ordered 2 x 60cm x 24cm x 4.4cm reclaimed scaffold board shelves and 2 sets of brackets. Unfortunately 1 of the boards was only 4cm thick and noticeable due to both shelves going near each other. Contacted Beth who requested some photos of the problem. A couple of days later was told a replacement would be sent. My fault but I ordered rustic brackets thinking they were black but they show the silver where they smooth the welding down. These were replaced with powder coated ones which are way superior in look. The only criticism I would have is their communication could do with improvement as it takes me to email to get any answers of what is happening. All in all would highly recommend them as the product is fantastic and read the small print as it does mention 25% restock fee etc for errors of your own doing. Order 1220316
