After having requested separate quotes via an independent website for a RICS building survey and for a homebuyer's report, Joseph was the first to respond and the best comms I received.

He summarised both quotes with a detailed description in one email and offered relevant recommendations.

Joseph was prompt to react throughout the process and punctual to meet the estate agents at the property (due to COVID-19, I could not be present to avoid overcrowding).

The estate agents provided great feedback of their interaction with Joseph and he immediately discussed his findings on the phone with me so that I could make a decision on whether to proceed with an offer on the property, followed by the report within the timelines he'd offered.

The report was very detailed and supported not only the decision-making but also the enquiries during conveyancing.

Very thorough and detailed survey - Joseph did a full structural survey of a property we are buying. The survey report was very thorough and detailed, and all issues were shown in photos.
