Not only was his initial report comprehensive, but he also displayed kindness by answering my follow-up questions, even a month after delivering the report. He guided me on how to ensure the seller completed the fixes in the flat with good quality. I'm highly satisfied with his service.

We hired Pinta Investment to survey our new maisonette in Fulham. Mr Rocafort evaluated the property and provided a report that spotted multiple issues ( crack in a non accessible outside wall, roof tiles not installed properly etc…), that needed to be fixed by the seller. The report was very comprehensive and well structured. All issues have been fixed and now we moved in. On top of that Joseph Rocafort, our surveyor was very friendly.

Joseph carried out the survey within a couple of days, and provided an initial phonecall of results and later the full written survey. He was very helpful and it was all easy to understand.
