Still no pillow! Poor communication. Won't be purchasing from you again. Also at no point have they contacted me to tell me the item is out of stock.

Excellent pillow, slow delivery, found cheaper elsewhere
The pillow is great and just as described, but the order took a bit too long to arrive. The DPD delivery guy also lied about us not being home the first day it was meant to be delivered, and it was finally delivered two days later. I also found the pillow cheaper elsewhere after I had ordered it.
