Found these pillows at at a hotel stay. Best sleep ever. No neck pain no waking up in middle of the night. Great sleep. I had to find where to get these pillows. I can’t thank ya enough for improving my sleep

The pillow is nothing like described. It is much harder, so I am not able to use it.

I found the pillows I needed! I slept in a nice hotel not too long ago and took pictures of the make. Pillows.com were the only ones who had them. They delivered them so quickly! They were not super expensive either and their customer service is A++ highly recommend. I’ll definitely get more needs with them.

Customer service representative with a telephone call prior to ordering online was very helpful in describing the specific pillow needed for my 90 year old Dad's special and unique need.

Just opened the pillow up and they clearly cut off one tag, and on the other side VERY haphazardly sewed the brand tags (in the wrong colors) on it.

The medium option was not available, so I opted for the soft version. I don’t believe I even received the correct pillow.
Caused lots of neck pain and I sent it back.

The pillow came right away. It is very comfortable. I was wanting a pillow like I had in the hotel in Rochester, MN when I was having treatment at Mayo. It was just like my great pillow there. Thank you!

To me they have a horrible return policy making customer pay for returns on $180 worth of pillows which are made in China i wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They say you have to check mark a box which still makes you pay a close to $3 fee for returns in US i never saw any such box and did not uncheck it but I still had to pay for returns shipping. I also bought one so called Jumbo pillow and it was no bigger than Queen Size .

I mistakenly ordered the wrong pillows and you fixed the problem and got me the correct ones. I appreciate you!

I've been sleeping soundly since I received my pillow

The order and delivery process went as expected. Unfortunately the pillow was too soft so I had to return it. Good news is that the return also was smooth.

Appears to be the exact pillow used in the IHG hotels. Maybe a little pricey but very nice pillows. Also had the protective covers to match.
The order process was easy and product shipped and arrived on time.
