Absolutely love using Pilgrims Coffee House. Not only is the coffee delicious and a pleasure to drink. The service is exceptional, well packaged and fast delivery. Highly recommended all round.

I get my coffee beans from Pilgrims Coffee on subscription. It’s a great service. I get plenty of notice so I can skip an order if I’ve been away or just not drinking as much coffee (just water January for WaterAid).
The beans arrive in minimal cardboard packaging with paper tape. The couriers often comment on how lovely the beans smell and because I know they’re freshly roasted just before sending I don’t mind a little of the aroma escaping.
I love their Holy Grail blend.
I hope that setting up a subscription gives Pilgrims a bit of security in terms of cash flow. I hope other people support Pilgrims and other small businesses in this way.

Good Coffee and excellent mail order service.

Delicious coffee at a reasonable price. I've been drinking pilgrims as my go to daily driver coffee for ages and it's absolutely brilliant, bagged and delivered promptly, couldn't recommend it enough.

I was on holiday staying a stone’s throw from the cafe itself so decided to click and collect a bag of coffee. I’m really enjoying it and will probably order more.

Gorgeous coffee and excellent service

I visited Pilgrims while visiting Holy Island, and on impulse bought their "Fire and Brimstone" (strength 5) coffee grounds. The best coffee purchase I've ever made; everything I want in the morning - it's what coffee should be about: touch of sweetness, essential 'bite', nice aroma. Have since ordered more, and it won't be my last order. (Ordering process 5*, too)

Tried your coffee whilst visiting Holy Island and was the best we had during our stay in Northumberland.Daily Bread ordered on a Sunday , roasted on Tuesday and delivered by Thursday .Brilliant service and delicious fresh coffee .Thank you.

The best coffee!!
I came across this coffee house while on holiday and the coffee tasted so good its been my monthly subscription for two years. Even better in my AeroPress or stove top, could not imagine starting my day without it.

Purchased 3 ground coffee packs, daily bread, holy grail and fire and brimstones. Each had its own flavour, strength and character. Enjoyed them all, good find. Ordering and delivery good.

Fantastic coffee, in fact probably the best, quick delivery. But communication difficult / if not impossible and website needs updating to be more user friendly for subscriptions. Although I do understand they are busy, they always have been when we visit Holy island.
