Service above and beyond
The coffee, aa ever, was great. What made this month special was the extra mile that Mark and Alex went to keep me supplied with coffee. We had had lots of guests and I ran out of coffee with 10 days to go to my subscription - disaster. However, a quick call and, despite it being school holidays and a family day out was planned, Mark arranged to be at the shop to sell me an emergency bag. You just cannot get better service than that. Thank you

Great coffee
I’ve been using Flat Cap coffee now for a number of years. They are so passionate about the coffee they sell and it shows in the roasting, very consistent from roast to roast, excellent flavours and roasted to order. Keep up the good work guys
