I was able to purchase an amazing vehicle, for my wife, thanks to Jenell Dewolf. She was great, helping me through the whole process, It was the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership, great customer service, very positive attitude. When I got there, She introduce me to Joe Morgan, and he helped everything go seamless, he was great, also, great attitude, kept it real, and worked with me on what I wanted to do for my vehicle. I recommend anyone looking to buying a vehicle to go see Jenell and Joe, they made the whole experience of trying to get a new vehicle so easy. Thanks guys!!!

Me and my wife were super excited to come up and get help in being able to finance a newer bigger SUV for our growing family. The gentalman Gustav that I went to see was not very helpful was very forgetful in what we where telling him and made it for one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever done. Unfortunately no I did not buy a new car because there was no determination to help me and my wife get into a new vehicle and there was no effort to get any finance s figured out, it was a more it's not the payment you want and we are not giving u what u want for your trade in. I gave Gustav 2 stock numbers for vehicles and had no help in trying to get me and my wife satisfied with a newer car. I'm very disappointed in Pierre money mart and it sucks cause I was willing to spend some money with them on a newer car today

Peter was honest and helpful. Even with terrible credit I drove away a beautiful new Corolla with reasonable payments thanks to Peter and all his associates.

If I could leave a negative 5 stars, I would. I hadn’t even gone in for a test drive yet and one of their salesmen, Steve, text me the rudest response to me missing an appointment. He stated “ I'm not sure you do. Weither it's due to your lack of eduction or intelligence when are you able to make it in?” Funny how he insulted my intelligence when his spelling of “weither” was wrong. Steve, you should have used the word “either” versus your choice of a nonexistent word. You may want to go get Hooked on Phonics to improve your grammar.
I requested to have the manager of the “dealership” call me, but instead sent me a text message. This is a prime example that shows their desire to help those credit challenged individuals is a lie. The “manager” should have just given me the car i inquired about and financed it in-house to show integrity.. but I guess both him and Steve may have missed that training session that day!

I am very happy, content and at peace with the 2018 Hyundai Tucson. It was not what I came in there for but, I'm good. I came in for the 2015 GMC Denali Terrain at below the KBB price. No one knew what I was talking about and when I showed them their website page, they said that it was wrong. So I do suggest that they, the Pierre Money Mart Company, regularly update their website, because for me, it's 'false advertising'. But both Max McDonald and Joe Vargas were troopers, they treated me with great respect and were very courteous. They both went the extra mile to see me satisfied. Thanks fellas, I will be back

Peter was very patient and honest with my wife and I. So much so, we decided to walkout with two new vehicles because of his outstanding customer service.

The guys here at money mart were awesome! They helped me out tremendously with purchasing my dream car. There was absolutely no hassle or haggling prices everyone was professional and knowledgeable with their salesmen skills. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at any place trying to buy something. I drove over 2 hours to Seattle to buy a car here and was given false hope and the run around. Their customer service was almost non-existen, I sat in a different room from the person the whole time that I was being "helped" by which was very uncomfortable and strange to me. I had given them my financial information prior to driving all the way there because I didn't want to waste my time and not get approved for anything. I was told that they could for sure get me approved for what I was looking for and to come up to Seattle. So I drove all the way there and in the end was told if i had just come the day before that there was a car I could have bought that was exactly what I wanted but someone already purchased and that now I would have to have a cosigner to be able to get anything close to what I wanted. I had already explained to the sales lady on the phone that I dont have anyone that could consign for me but I had $1000 for a downpayment and could maybe get a little more which she assured me that would be fine. Which in the end it was not. All in all the whole experience with the sales women was horrible. I Will never buy a car from here and will be telling anyone I know looking for a car to avoid this place but if they do decied to check them out to avoid the women I was helped by. Because I fell like she lied to me just to get me in the door and then was trying to say anything to me to convince me to find a cosigner when I didnt have one. Just so she could get a sale. And she reallly only spoke to me 10 minutes out of the over hour I was there most of the time I was there was spent sitting in a office by myself. Even if they had the car of my dreams for half the price as a different place i still would not buy a car from her. I don't say this about people ever but if I were the owners of this place I would not have someone like her working for me. Maybe I got her on a bad day but I won't go back to find out.

I was able to complete all my deals over the phone during my break times and when I got there she had everything prepared for my arrival at 5:20pm. Inspected, test drive, signed, paid and off I was with the key to my new S4 by 8:30pm.

Jenell and Tom made it happen for us! My husband was wanting to trade his car in for a Jeep and for a minute looked like his dream wasn't going to happen, but then Jenell and Tom came through and made it happen! If I were able to give them zero Stars I would, my experience with Pierre was exactly what many of my friends warned me that it would be, they advertise one thing on TV about financing your future and not your past just to get you in to speak with them only to find out that your past credit history means you have to have a cosigner who has good credit so in other words they're saying of financing your future and not your past it's completely garbage and it's just a sales gimmick to get you in the door so they can make you believe that you will be able to get a vehicle only to run your credit ultimately dropping at several points and getting nowhere I'm still not having a new car also I believe the man's name was Muhammad in special Finance completely deceived me on the price of a truck as I asked for a printout quote of some kind when he gave me but it did not include my trade in which does me absolutely no good, how can he offer a monthly payment of $450 month and he hasn't factored in the negative $3k in equity on my trade in, thats basic math he must have thought i was not smart at all Muhammed in special finance was absolutely misleading and i think he knows it, the final paperwork would have undoubtedly not been the same, so I don't want to call them Liars but that's what they are

I came to you guys last month for a newer/bigger vehicle. I had planned to trade my car in. I did get a newer/bigger vehicle, but upon looking at what was on my credit, Mohammed had seen I had another car loan. That was on the vehicle I was planning on trading in. I explained to him that I wanted to trade my vehicle in and he said no one had told him that. I told him that no one had asked me. I didn’t get to trade my car in because I was told that you guys don’t take cars with the miles that were on my old one and I’m stuck having to call the bank for that car loan and tell them to come get it.

I’m glad I got a bigger vehicle but not happy that I didn’t get to trade my car in as part of the deal.

I recently bought a 2017 Nissan Altima from Mohammed. At first everything seemed great, but after being there a couple hours they realized they couldn’t get the rates I was hoping for. When I decided that I wanted to come back later when I have better credit and could get a better rate I was pressured into looking at vehicles at their other lots. I was driven around to the other lot which was now closed, by this time it had been almost 4 hours and was dark outside, I decided that I just wasn’t feeling it and was driven back to the first lot. When we got back, the salesperson talked with me in the parked car about how my payments would only be high for four months and then they would go down by almost half. I asked if I could have it in writing, but he talked his way around it and said I just have to refinance my auto loan when the see I can make payments. I should of done my research at that point but I was tired and wanted to go home and I did really like the car, so I caved in and said go ahead and do it. The next morning when I went to switch over my insurance I found out my insurance would go from 160 a month to 420 a month, which just isn’t doable with my income on top of the car payment. I asked if I could return the car but was told everything is final because I bought it on the last day of the month and now it was the first of the following month but they can offer me insurance for 210 a month. Again I should have done my research but come to find out it’s only good for 6 months and then I’m on my own again. I have also been researching refinancing a vehicle after four payments and it does not seem as easy as they made it out to be, also you will probably end up paying more and it’s bad for your credit. So a lot of what happened to me was due to just not having the knowledge and they took every advantage they could of that. Just make sure if you have any bad feelings about something don’t let them change what you feel because all they are looking for is a sale. Don’t make the same mistakes I did. Now I am stuck and yes I signed the paperwork, but they knew what they were doing the entire time.
