I was so nervous when I walked in due to my credit but the warm and friendly welcome that I received from Max and David was unbelievable. They made sure I got a vehicle that I like, within my budget and affordable monthly payments. Max and David are great people to work with, great customer service and very friendly. Peter was wonderful!! He was upfront about my options and describing the process. He found me a vehicle that was exactly what my fiancé and I were looking for. He even met my fiancé after hours to complete the paperwork. The finance manager did an amazing job at finding us the best financing to keep us within our budget. Extremely grateful and will return for my next vehicle.
Not a safe place for COVID or a car deal
Traveled 180 miles after confirming with Peter that my friend had a pre-approval. Two days prior, my friend confirmed that they understood I would only be available for an hour and a half and wanted to confirm as I didn’t want to waste a long commute to get nowhere. Upon arriving, we were passed onto another sales rep, a woman named Jenell. Given I wasn’t expected to be passed onto someone else, I expressed to her my friends requirements that the vehicle needed to be all wheel drive and reliable. After several attempts for her to simply show me the vehicles he’d be approved for, I never got a clear answer from her. I then attempted to ask her a price of a vehicle. She said she didn’t know and that the bank decides this. WAIT - a car dealership who specializes in buying and selling vehicles however, her less than adequate answer that the “bank decides”...well I know better than that. I then expressed I would put a down payment on the loan and suddenly she stated she was looking at putting him into a brand new car. Wait...did she ask me if he wanted that or even share any price point or payment details? Nope - left that out. Then, it became how she was going to get him financed on a 2012 Acura with high miles. Huh? I then stepped in and explained that he wasn’t going to pay a high payment for a nearly 10 year old car to breakdown. She then responded with: “I guess this isn’t going to work out. It’s not like he has good credit.” Wait...what the hell just hit me in the face? She then said: “I don’t want to waste my entire day on this deal.” I then realized how she felt and instead of her doing her job and listening to her customers requests, I was an inconvenience to her. Had she just given me the options of vehicles my friend could potentially qualify for, when I had asked from the start, just maybe she’d have a satisfied customer. I then gave them five more minutes and she said: “sorry, we just can’t help you.” So, remember the hour and a half I expressed days prior and today? Well, I spent 2.5 hours and got answers that might work for some uneducated, willing to get taken by a sales person, kind of lady...but little did she know, I would be sure to express this horrible, waste of time experience, for others who may feel they are in the same situation as my friend. And to top it off, only 2 of their employees wore a mask and the remaining 5+ walked freely WITHOUT MASKS! No hand sanitizer and no clean pens. And for the owners of this dealership, I am aware that businesses get fined for not following the state’s mandate, you may want to change how you operate safely during these times. And while your at it, let Jenell know she should vap outside the building and not at her desk for customers to see. Another observation during my 2.5 hour experience: Jenell and Peter seem to have the most sales on the sales board at the managers desk, which was surprising to me given my poor experience. Maybe those customers weren’t willing to speak up about their experience. Well, I am speaking up for my friend, my experience and those who may not have been willing to rate their experience. I even stopped by on my way out to tell Peter how deceiving and disappointing this visit and experience was. He told me he’d call my friend after he spoke to his manager. Guess what, no call. So instead I went to my new friends at North Bend Chevrolet - financed within 1.5 hours and same down payment on a 2017 vehicle with 50k miles. Go see Chris or call him at 425.888.0781. What a difference in commitment to satisfaction and professionalism! Pierre Money Mart of Lake City Way - I truly hope you can make the improvements to your establishment to serve your customers and not just hand them what they are not asking for.

Jenell and her trainee Naomi were absolutely awesome, put my wife into The car she has been wanting for months, paperwork and process was quick, concise, and everyone from start to finish were polite, professional and efficient. Financing was accomplished and communicated fully. Best car purchase experience ever.

Janelle was great, she asked what I was looking for and around the price range. She showed me one car and I took it for a test drive. It was not quite what I needed and I let her know my worries. Before I knew it she had another car for me to test drive and it was my perfect fit. Janelle listened and was so helpful through the whole process. I had a great experience

These people will treat you w/respect, not BS you, and word hard & fast to get you the best deal. Call Peter, who is friendly& prompt, & he'll get you set up in less than 24hrs! This was my 3rd trip thru Pierre Money Mart & they're always my go-to because I've been to the rest now I go to the best!
Not so much
Money Mart provided a positive car buying experience. However after the sale Customer Service is none existent. Tried for 10 days to get documents submitted to GAP insurance for claim. Max in finance did not return phone calls or respond to e-mails and this was the weeks prior their closing for the virus response. In a position now to purchase replacement vehicle but definitely not purchasing from Bill Pierre Ford Money Mart

This says to share my honest review so here it goes. I actually would have given no stars.
It took 2-4 weeks before I actually made it to this location as I live over an hour away. I recently even received a phone call saying things changed because of a positive change in my credit score.
So I finally speak to Max again and explain with all going on with the virus and living a ways away, I wanted to know if there was a way to discuss terms with a lender prior to my driving to the Lake City location and so I would not waste my time or anyone else’s. I got a text saying to call because there was a lender that was willing to do a favor but time was of the essence; Max even repeated all my info to me. He said if anything, there would a little down and I would not even have to pay it until end of the month but the goal was no down and 90 days to 1st payment.
So we hop on the ferry and arrive to the location to be greeted by a man who is eating and nonetheless talking to me and telling me where to park while food dropped out of his mouth. After finding out this was not Max, I thought it would be ok but I ended up with this guy for the most part, “Steve J”- I will just say I felt belittled and my 14 year old daughter later told me she thought he was rude and she was waiting for me to go off on him. He told me I l needed $2000 down and showed me a piece of paper that lists what kinds of car you can get and for what monthly payments. He then said if I got a co-signer for at least 6 months, it would be 0 down and no payments for 90 days. Gave me a piece of paper to fill out for my co-signer and left- for a long while.
I had a friend who was willing to co-sign but the experience thus far was already unpleasant- from the moment Steve came out with food coming out of his mouth to being misled (which stupid me, I should have known).
I will never go back to this place. Yuck

The first time I bought a car from Pierre Money Mart was 5 years ago. I still remember my salesperson from then’s name, because I had such a good experience. Now, 5 years later, I was looking for a car again and it was a no brainer for me to go back to where I was taken care of so well the last time. I worked with Kelli Jo and Max. You talked my brain damaged brother in law into buying a brand new car that he cannot even come close to making payments on. You took horrible advantage of him and it is a tragedy. We will be in touch about resolving the problem and will gladly engage an attorney on his behalf if needed. He has plenty of trouble without people taking advantage of him like this. How can you possibly leave a guy making $21 an hour with a $675 a month car payment in addition to his $1500 a month rent. This must get resolved asap.
