Septum Clicker Broke
My gold septum clicker broke apart when I tried to open it. And it was too small, although thats a fault on my end I thought I'd add it in so you know I can't wear it.

Looking at your order, this smooth segment ring is designed so that a segment of the ring seperates from the ring to leave a gap so you can insert and remove the ring from the piercing. So the ring is not actually broken, this is supposed to happen.
Perhaps you where expecting a hinged segment ring where a section of the ring flips open on a hinge?
