Poor communication, but responded
I emailed a question, no reply. Poor form.
I placed an order for goods that were stated as in stock on their website, but received only some items and a refund for what was actually not in stock, but with no communication. This was doubly disappointing as they still supplied items that were of no use without the omitted item. That's terrible service.
Company replied and credited the unwanted items. I did check my spam folder, nothing there so I hope the re send the reply to my enquiry.

We are very sorry about the lack of communication about the out of stock items. Our system has been having a few issues lately where it normally should automatically notify customers of out of stock items but hasn’t :(
I have added a store credit to your account and if the other items that you cannot use are unopened then definitely send them back to us for a refund.
We did reply to your jewellery enquiry, sometimes our responses go to customer’s spam folders, is that a possibility?

Hello,
The ball on the BCRs are held in by pressure and with the large/thick sizes (heavy gauge size) tools are generally needed to remove the ball. This is explained in the product description on the product page.
A tool-less option that still keeps the "BCR" look, is our Screw-In Ball Rings

Hi Jackie,
Your order shipped on the 23rd Sep (a few days longer than we normally would due to some internal difficulties).
The standard post method that was selected can take anywhere from 2 - 28 business days to arrive. Generally we find it takes around 10 business days (so am hoping you should get it maybe this week).
Once we send it by Australia Post we are at their mercy as to how long it takes. We do ask customers to wait till 28 business days has passed and if you still havent received it to email us and we will sort it out.
With our other tracked shipping methods we can chase it up (or at least see where it is) but the standard shipping is untracked.
Hope this helps and hope your postman delivers it soon, if not (as above) send us an email!

Hi Scott, we apologise for the delay in your order getting to you. Usually express orders are sent out the day or day after we receive them, however we had some internal difficulties which meant we could not get our orders out as quickly as normal.
Once again, we are sorry for that delay.

‘nipple bars’ yeah right…
on their website they have jewellery sections for each piercing, i ordered titanium nipple barbells under the nipple section but when they arrived they were literally ear piercings which annoyed me.
i did receive my parcel on time, but i ended up with the wrong jewellery & i’ve wasted like $50 which is non refundable.
you would think considering the jewellery was advertised as nipple jewellery that the barbell would actually be for nipples but anyway.

Hi Chelsea,
The Titanium Micro Barbells you ordered are not advertised as nipple jewellery as they are 1.2mm (16ga) which is not suitable for nipple piercings.
If customers are unsure about what size jewellery they need, we recommend they contact us or shop in person at a body piercer.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns once the sealed packaging has been opened.

Unfortunately, the postal system does end up breaking some of our products in transit (we dont know how they do it).
We responded to your email (on the 4th Aug) offering you a replacement, refund or a store credit but have not heard a response as to what you would like to do?
Quick, Easy, As described.
Easy to navigate site, quick postage, product exactly as described, and well packed. If any complaints can be made it's that a slightly smaller shipping packet for a couple of earrings would be better than the larger envelope.
