My iphone had died so I wenton 17 Jan 2027 to Phone Surgery in Thame where I had been before and received excellent service. I was greeted by Nathan, only in his second week here, with a smile and great courtesy. The task turned out to be difficult due to password issues of my making but, never daunted and with excellent knowledge, he and his manager steered me through this process so that 5 hours later I had a new iphone (replacement long overdue) fully working with all my 'stuff' transferred from my old phone. I cannot recommend this business with its many branches more highly, and pick out Nathan who gave me the quality of service which I had thought had long since died.

After my iPhone 14 updated to version 26.2 it resulted in a fatal rebooting cycle. Apple were no help so I took my phone to the Princes Risborough shop and was told that the phone would be completely fixed in three days for a price of £120. When I went to collect it, I was told that it needed a new screen because it apparently it had been dropped sometime in the past. I went in three days after and the phone was all fixed apparently so I paid the extra £60 for the screen and left. The immediate issue was that face ID didn't work,so when I took it back he replied that it was an issue with version 26.2 and to wait for the next upgrade. He then said that he had been working more hours than he should have on my phone, implying that I should be grateful. The following day the phone went back to its original state of rebooting every 3 minutes. I took it back in and since there was no suggestion of a refund I said that I would be buying a new phone and giving him a bad review. He then offered a "new" phone for a heavy discount, however I didn't trust that his new phones on sale were actually new.

I took my new iPhone11 in to Princes Risborough branch for a case and screen protector. I was told the 11 was rubbish and that I should upgrade to a 16. I declined and said the 11 was adequate for my needs. The items were brought from the back of the shop and not on display. I was charged £39.98. I queried this and asked for an itemised receipt which wasn’t included with the card receipt.The vendor said he hadn’t charged me for switching my SIM card. I returned home checked prices online as I identified that the case was poor quality .Case was £5.49 on Amazon, Apple Gorilla screen protector £3.45 on eBay New. I returned the next day and demanded a receipt and packaging. I queried how both items just happened to be the same price? The packaging was not provided. He eventually put a receipt together after going onto his laptop. He refused to refund me for the case stating that no refunds were given. I told him that I had been overcharged and would be sharing my experience with other locals in the area.

Very helpful and person in Chalfont branch is knowledgeable as well. I bought my device from this store 2 years ago but still Deep sort out my device. I Need help regarding calles and settings. All good and resolved.

Took my Google Pixel to Beaconsfield Branch for a battery change. Hamza was absolutely excellent and did the job very carefully and well. It was a bit more complicated than anticipated but the quoted price remained the same. If you are nearby, support the local guy. You will be well looked after

!!! WARNING!!! : Non repair of a mobile phone taking over 1 1/2 months, 'untruths', delays, lack of communication, attempt to charge for a 'diagnostic' that didn't diagnose fault, schedule of works carried out never provided, unwillingness to provide a full refund, promises of refund being processed never materialising, lack of knowledge of consumer rights, no address or telephone number provided for Head Office to address formal complaint to, despite having 8 branches...refund only secured by sending a Special Delivery Letter headed "LETTER BEFORE CLAIM / LETTER BEFORE ACTION" to Shepperton Store. Do not be fooled by the shiny shop front...worse service that the man with a laptop in a market!

Really helpful guy. Quick and efficient. Got loads of accessories aswell, including Apple branded. Recommend.

Took my godsons phone to the Beaconsfield branch as it was locked with a restore message with a broken screen. Hamza was amazing, he has fixed all the issues with the phone and not lost the data. He took his time to get it right. Fabulous service which has made a broken phone as good as new.

I had an issue with my screen after a previous replacement and was pleased to find out their screen replacements come with a lifetime warranty so they replaced it immediately, for free, and were very lovely again. Especially Liam ;)

Took my Daughters Iphone X to Pocket Geek Chertsey, with a black screen after being dropped.
Jacs went above and beyond to replace the screen and repair the Iphone, restoring it back to perfect working order.
This was completed in less than an hour and Jacs explained the process so that I felt reassured.

excellent customer service. very friendly and very helpful. replaced battery in my phone and also corrected work from when I broke my screen months back and the place I went used incorrect glue and screw with no extra charge! my phone is as good as new now. Will definitely go back here in future

I’ve had the most awful experience. I went into the Brentford branch and the technician in there was immediately pressurizing me into buying more then what I wanted, after repeatedly saying no I eventually agreed due to scare mongering, even though all I wanted was a screen replacement. When I picked up my phone the corner of it was damaged, the technician was rude and and tried to say that it was my fault, it wasn’t. The screen that was fitted immediately crack. I called up costumer service who were helpful in the sense they arranged for me to take it back to the same shop. A new screen was fitted which has already started to crack from the inside and and I still have a severely damaged phone casing, which the technician attempted to fix only after much duress from his own costumer services. Calling him a technician is very generous of me, as I think he probably should not go near a phone or deal with people in a professional manner again, rude and unable to do his job. At the end of this ordeal, I still have a broken screen, damaged phone casing and the pleasure of paying £70 for it. Don’t go to this phone repair shop, especially if you value your phone. There are plenty of better places to go.

Had the screen replaced from them and realised it had a problem. They had me visit 4 times as they did not perform the correct investigation and parts arranged. They committed that on 3rd visit that I will be provided with a full refund if the issue is not resolved which they refused as well. Also did not inform me what type of screen they are installing in the first time and charged me £90 for the screen which I later found out can be replaced for £50. Did not you even apologise in the end for wasting my time and repeated visits. Very unprofessional and worst customer service received. Would avoid this using this company. There are plenty of other mobile repair shops in Intu and Pavilion mall in Uxbridge.
