No Payment Received
I traded in 3 iPhones and all were received and the dashboard displays "Payment Issued". However I have not received any email with the Costco gift card yet. Contacted helpdesk and they said that the refund emails will be resent but have not received anything yet. It has been more that 10 days now. Not sure what else to do. The total refund value is over $400. Very disappointed with the service so far. Will contact Costco corporate and lodge a complaint.

I sent my computer through Happy…
I sent my computer through Happy returns and was told not to wrap it. The Staples employee put the computer in a bubble wrap envelope which I was happy to see, but when the computer was received by Phobio there was damage to the computer screen which it did NOT have when I sent it. Thus, my compensation was greatly reduced. If I was allowed to wrap the computer myself I would have been thorough.
