I went online and saw this company, I had been with others and because of price I came here, registered all details put in. Pictures of myself for weight were given before you order you have to pay and was emailed to say that hadn't got my details 3 times I did this. Alarm bells should of been ringing at this stage, on day 3 I went with another company and my weight loss jab arrived the following day, this company are saying they never received my money but yet my bank say different, I cancelled the order was told 3 to 5 days for the return of my money after another email at 7 days was told they never got my money. So my bank fraud team are looking into this company avoid avoid avoid.

Great service, although a bit pricey they are very professional

After taking mounjaro for 5 months and losing 3 stone, I foolishly changed to Wegovy my weight increased and now 3 months later I have put on half a stone and stomach is like a balloon,, Phlo will not let me go back onto Mounjaro and say Wegovy is best for me,, will not be ordering anymore Wegovy

Customer service sucks
My pen stopped working on the last dose just jammed up and would not release after reviewing my complaint saying there wasn’t one dose left when there clearly is
I wanted a 1/4 refund for the unusable dose left in the kwikpen after several emails back and forth told me to refer to T&Cs
What a rubbish company

UPDATE they’ve relented and refunded me 25%

I’m not a first time user and no i do not get confused it stopped working that’s it !!!!!

when my parcel was delivered on 7 feb 26 the kwik pen was not inside only the sharps bin, needles & wipes I promptly sent an email to advise them of this error and was told as it was scanned this is proof that it was in the box and there is nothing they can do about it, I then rang and spoke to someone there who said she would look into this and call me back, when she did call back it was the same response there is nothing they can do, they advised to contact the police to report it as stolen to get a crime number and then they would look into it further so I rang the police and was told that they could not give me a crime number as it wasn't stolen just not put in the box, I have since reported them to the General Pharmaceutical Council and sent them a complaint via email which I'm waiting on a response, their customer service is appalling!!

I emailed to make you aware my delivery was left outside another house and I didn’t receive it. First of all I received reply’s now nothing since Sunday I’ve just been ignored. I’ve now missed my date for medication and request a full refund or a pen sent immediately.

I have been using Phlo since May 2025 and have lost just over 4 stone so far. At no point, right or wrong, have I calorie counted. I have simply stopped eating when I am full. My experience of phlo is that they are professional and stress free to use. I would wholeheartedly recommend their service to anybody starting their weight loss journey.

I’ve lost 4 stone in 8 months, thanks to Phlo clinic. I still eat my weakness, which is crisps and chocolate but not to the extent I did. It certainly suppressed my appetite but I didn’t want to rush weight loss. I have suffered with constipation but self medicate for this but other than that , no problems. Also,My knees feel some what better without the extra timber on board.

Lost 25kg in the last year. Phlo was my choice of having my Mounjaro through and they have been with me every step of the way. The pharmacist has called back quiet quick when I had concerns and wanted to stabilise my weight. His advise has helped me keep within 2kg of a weight that I am happy with, without looking thin. Am still busy stabilising and after trying Wegovy found it was not as good as the mounjaro and have gone back to the mounjaro following exactly what I was advised to do.
The weekly emails of encouragement, menu and recipe advice has been a godsend. Being vegetarian and lactose intolerant the pharmacists advise on meal planning has really helped. Having to increase my protein intake was tricky when trying to manage on my own but with the support of the staff and pharmacist at Phlo have done extremely well.

Family have used other suppliers and have not had the support that I have had with Phlo. They may be a little bit more expensive than some others but you get more with Phlo from start to finish while on the journey.

It is expensive, but ...the service & vettin is 100% & the resjlts speak for themselves, best thing i have done .....started end of july on 2.5...i am now on 5 ..lost so far 26kg .....100% happy & reccomnend

Ive spent the best part of 15 years trying to shift the weight from a really bad pregnancy, I went to the gym daily, ive done slimming world etc etc, I had managed to loose most of the weight on my own but the last couple of stone was proving extremly difficult, so I thought I needed something to boost the loss, I looked in to weight loss jabs and found phlo, they are great, sending regular tips and advice to help get the most out of the jab. Sending reminders when it's almost time to reorder, I have personally found them a god send.

I chose this provider purely on the grounds they advertise via MyGp App & as they only provide the medication with access to your medical records (other suppliers may not ask for this) so this shows the integrity. I haven’t needed to converse with them in the 12 months so cannot comment on any support. However, I am shocked to see that some comments here say they’ve had significant weight loss in a such a short period which to me doesn’t seem safe or healthy. A good weight loss over a long period shows sustainably & life style changes.

A very good service.

I’ve been on Mounjaro since April 2025. I’ve never had an issue with Phlo Clinic. Easy to order, quick to authorise and dispatch. Receive emails with hints and tips. Only minor gripe is I’d like to be able to log my weight weekly not just when I want to reorder. Other than that I’d recommend to anyone.

I’ve had an incredible journey on Montjaro & feel like a new person. I’m 62 years old and feel like I have a new lease of life….. I tried every single diet you can imagine as we probably all have but when I contacted Phlo Clinic it was the best thing for me. They have been supportive & informative throughout and would highly recommend
