Is to expensive.Those of us who want to renew should be given £50 discounts and not used as sales promoters without any benefit.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely disappointed I was already under a weight loss journey referred by my doctor by a nutrition Coach because of health issues and life changes I was told I had to change my lifestyle as I have raised blood sugar and on meds for bp and statin for high cholesterol also joint pain due to osteoarthritis and at risk of heart problems, and pr-diabetes had already done most of the hard work myself through diet but couldn’t budge the last stone and all I needed was your help to get rid of this last stone too much trouble going round and round In circles back and forth with health history passport, three pictures one taken from the side one taken from the front and a picture of me on the scales sent out all the things I needed to you this was 28th of February. We are now on 11th of March. I ended up cancelling it because despite sending all the documents and information you needed it’s been taken too long so I’ve now cancelled it now. Please send me my money back to the account it came from and I’ll go elsewhere for the mounjaro slimming pen which I will get because I work in a large supermarket that as a pharmacy in the building and I will get 20% discount due to being staff at this supermarket, now I would like the refund thank you.

Phlo is a great company to purchase from. I’ve never had any problems ordering my next product and it keeps in me the loop with my weight loss journey. They also send encouraging messages and if you refer a friend or family member, you can both get money off your order. Overall 5 stars.

I placed an order for weight loss jab. Sent all relevant documents/ photos. But after 2 days the order was still under review. I cancelled, thinking I'd use my regular supplier as its much more straightforward. PHLO clinic had taken my money and 4 days later I'm still waiting for £269 to be returned. Terrible service. I don't recommend.

When i decided to go with Phlo, i must admit i was somewhat dubious.
The support i recieved was exeptional.
I started my weight loss journey at chrismas, weighing in at 16 stone plus.
We are now in March and i weigh 13Stone & 13lbs.
I now visit the Gym 3 times a week, i will acheive my goal of 12 stone, and really appreciate the support from Phlo...

Website and consultation are easy to navigate, upload neccessary documentation and payment. Vouchers and incentives for referrals to both client and friends are really good and cost effective for your journey! Communication is excellent for delivering and queries. 👍🏻🙋🏼‍♀️

I have been using Phlo for mountjaro since end September 25. The service has been exemplary throughout and the initial starting process was easy.

I spoke to my dr before hand to see if it would be ok for me. My daughter was already on mounjaro so I did try her started dose and was happy with it , so i contacted phol and got the ball rolling i have list 6st 7lb 11 months my daughter 7st 6lb the only problem was having to switch to wegovg it slowed down but that could also be because I had got to a weight my body was happy with .

Company delivers goods on time had no issues with the pen been taling it over 9 months now with no issues highly recommend

This is mainly an online pharmacy that they only wish is to sell you a product and deliver it and it’s not much important if you get it or if you need help.

They will copy paste as much as you like.

In last month on two occasions I need their assistance and both were a disaster.

Yesterday about 8 hours of phone calls and continuous online chat as you have start again and again each time and they can’t deal with their own delivery mechanism.

Wasted £200 and they won’t even bother email you or try to call to show any interest in help.

If you can buy their product from local pharmacy. Just do it .
