No delivery after 2 weeks
It's been over 2 weeks and I still havent received my order not only that, but when I use the tracking link they sent in an email 13 days ago, it says no info available. Am trying to contact thr company to see what's going on.

My order was delayed for almost a month, but when I reached out to customer service, they were so sweet and so helpful and within a few days, I got the notification that the order was on its way. I had a handwritten note for the explanation. I have bought from Phil's Fudge Factory multiple times over the years and their products are always top quality and some of the best in Canada by far.

Hi Joane. Your order was placed on May 30th and delivered June 16th. Unfortunately, with the Canada Post labour disruptions, other couriers are overwhelmed resulting in delays. We apologize for their delays.
Bad shipping but great follow up!
The shipping was a big mess and the product was sent back to the sender. But I'm really impressed with the extra effort and generous extras that were added to the order to compensate for the courier mess up. It was more than I expected and the second shipping went off with out a hitch. Thank you guys! You went above and beyond! I'm a repeat customer and happy to be one.

You won't be disappointed with a Phil's Fudge Factory order
I decided to place a large order with Phil's Fudge Factory and take advantage of their 20% off offer. I gave my family and friends some samples, but kept the rest for myself! It's delicious and well made. This is not my first time ordering from Phil's Fudge Factory. Their fudge is exemplary! I like the idea of supporting a Canadian company, too. I will be ordering again in the future. My family feels the same. So pleased with my purchases!
