Unfortunately I missed a house viewing appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I called up to re-book a viewing of the property and was refused a viewing because I missed the first.

I have missed viewings of other properties before with different businesses and never had this happen. This was also my first ever viewing with Phillip George, so clearly they have a 1 strike policy which is terrible customer service.

Heaven forbid us human people have lives to lead and things just happen, complete rubbish. Give Aaron employee of rhe month for not caring or even asking why I couldn't attend.

Awful, will not be using these.

I had an excellent experience with Phillips George and would highly recommend them. Samantha was absolutely brilliant throughout, incredibly responsive, professional and lightning quick at actioning any queries or requests. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and her communication made the whole process feel much smoother and less stressful. A fantastic service from start to finish.

We were the buyers (not the seller’s clients), but honestly Samantha was fantastic throughout the whole process. She kept us in the loop more than our mortgage adviser + solicitors, always making sure we understood the next steps and chasing the right people to keep things moving.

We put our offer in mid June and got the keys mid August - just a two-month turnaround. Admittedly, we benefitted from a no-chain situation, but the process felt super smooth thanks to Samantha’s support.
