I've used this service a couple of times, prescriptions were delivered on time and prompt. As for the online side, order, asked questions and received. Not sure about the other reviews here but had a good time with them.

We are sorry to read about your experience. Having reviewed your comments, we would kindly ask that you double check your order details, as we do not offer a parcel collection service as part of our terms of sale. All orders are dispatched for delivery to the address selected at checkout.
If there has been any misunderstanding or if you believe there is an issue with your order, we would be happy to investigate this for you. Please contact a member of our pharmacy team on our pharmacy telephone number, and we will review your order and do everything we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
We take all customer feedback seriously and are committed to providing a professional and reliable service. We look forward to assisting you.
This is just a scammer who pries on eBay customers.
Products never arrive and delay your refund

Thank you for your feedback.
Firstly, we would like to apologise for the delay in responding to your review. We primarily respond to customer enquiries through the marketplace messaging system, and unfortunately this review was not brought to our attention sooner.
We are sorry to read about your experience. We categorically reject the suggestion that we are a scam. We are a registered UK pharmacy and healthcare provider, and we are committed to providing a reliable service and resolving any genuine customer concerns promptly.
If your issue has still not been resolved, please contact our pharmacy team directly with your order details. We will investigate the matter as a priority and do everything we can to reach a satisfactory resolution.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service.
I feel this will not be my last word on this appalling company, as they fail to observe even the most basic rights of their customers.
When you place an order for medication, it's because you have a need and the company therfore "have a duty of care"
In my case, I waited twelve days before Pharmaease admitted my parcel was "lost" but it was being tracked, I could see that and so could Pharmaease. They would also have seen that it was "lost" by the third day, yet they still ignored that fact, along with my emails for help.
After twelve days, I finally got an apology, along with a promise of a refund, (excuse me if I don't hold my breath) but this still does address the obvious lack of care and respect for their customers.
I intend to report any response I may receive in my next (and hopefully last review) Yours. PDF

We are genuinely sorry to read about your experience and appreciate how frustrating it must have been to be without an order that you were expecting, particularly where medication is concerned.
Although we use a fully tracked delivery service, we do not currently have a third-party integration that proactively alerts our team when a tracked parcel has not yet been delivered. We appreciate you highlighting this, and we will be discussing your feedback with our IT engineering team to explore whether a solution can be developed to identify delayed deliveries automatically and help prevent similar situations in the future.
Whilst parcel delivery is handled by our delivery partners, we recognise that it remains our responsibility to support our customers when issues arise. If your matter has still not been fully resolved, we would be grateful if you could contact our pharmacy team directly. We will review your case as a priority and do everything we reasonably can to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion.
We value all customer feedback, as it helps us to review and improve our service, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.
I ordered 4 boxes of bioteene dry mouth toothpaste which I never received from pharmease, it was suppose to be here by March 26th , I had to ring ebay to make a complaint, which are brilliant in helping you. No response ftom seller, then next I have been refunded, but when you suffer with dry mouth you need these supplies to keep mouth healthy. We had to run around trying to find them. Thank god my doctor has prescribed it. Dry mouth you nearly choke due to no salva so thanks to Pharmease, don't buy from them.

We are sincerely sorry to read about your experience and understand how concerning it must have been not to receive an item that you rely on to help manage your condition.
Unfortunately, despite using a fully tracked delivery service, parcels can occasionally be delayed or lost in transit.
We are also sorry that you felt we were unresponsive. We always aim to assist our customers as quickly as possible and appreciate that, in this instance, we did not meet your expectations.
If there is anything that remains unresolved, we would encourage you to contact our pharmacy team directly. We will review your case as a priority and do everything we reasonably can to assist.

We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive as expected. Whilst we use a tracked delivery service for our orders, parcels can occasionally be delayed or lost whilst in transit. We appreciate how frustrating this can be and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We also apologise if our response to your messages did not meet your expectations. We have a dedicated time window for responding to customer enquiries and aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours. Where an enquiry is received over a weekend or on a bank holiday, we aim to respond on the next working day. Following feedback such as yours, we have recently held a meeting with our Customer Services team to review these response timeframes and identify further improvements to ensure customers are kept informed throughout the resolution process.
Once a delivery issue has been investigated and a refund is deemed appropriate, we process refunds immediately via the original payment method. Whilst refunds are issued without delay from our side, there can occasionally be additional processing time before the funds appear in your account, depending on the card issuer or payment provider.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to continually improve our service, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
I had such a positive experience with Pharmaease. They were professional yet kind, and I was amazed at how quickly they sorted everything out for me. At a time when I really needed support, they went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. Excellent service from start to finish!

Emailed Pharmaease a week ago directly, but no reply.
Either a scam, or incompetence. Either away, avoid.

We categorically reject the suggestion that Pharmaease is a scam. We are a registered UK pharmacy and healthcare provider, committed to providing our customers with a safe, reliable and professional service.
At the time your order was placed, we had only recently been onboarded to the Groupon platform and unfortunately experienced some order synchronisation issues between the marketplace and our order management system. Whilst this does not lessen the inconvenience caused, it did contribute to delays affecting a small number of orders during that period. We are pleased to confirm that these issues were identified and have since been fully resolved.
If this matter has still not been fully resolved, we would be grateful if you could contact our pharmacy team directly. We will review your case as a priority and do everything we reasonably can to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion.

We are sorry to hear that you were experiencing knee pain and appreciate that you wanted to receive your medication as quickly as possible.
As a registered UK pharmacy, we have a professional and legal responsibility to ensure that medicines supplied are safe and appropriate for each individual. This is why, on some occasions, we may need to ask additional questions before dispatching an order. These checks are carried out to help ensure that the medicine is suitable for you, does not interact with any other medicines you may be taking, and is safe to use based on the information provided. Whilst we understand this can occasionally cause a short delay, patient safety will always remain our highest priority.
We are sorry that, in your case, this meant you decided to cancel your order. However, we believe it is always better to complete the appropriate clinical checks rather than compromise patient safety.
On the platform through which you placed your order, we are proud that our reviews reflect a positive experience for the vast majority of our customers, with over 99% of customers rating their experience positively. We remain committed to providing a safe, professional and reliable service to everyone who uses our pharmacy.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best with your recovery.

We are very sorry to read about your experience and appreciate how disappointing it must have been not to receive your order, particularly when you were also unable to obtain a timely response to your enquiry.
Having reviewed our records, I can see that a refund was subsequently issued for your order. Whilst we are pleased that this was resolved financially, we appreciate that this would not have made up for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
Please accept our sincere apologies for both the delivery issue and the delay in our communication. Since this review was left, we have continued to review our customer service processes and are committed to improving our response times and keeping customers better informed throughout the resolution process.

Spent £50 on covid tests day 2 for coming back from Portugal to UK and they never sent us the results and will not give me a refund. Don't believe me that I never got the email. Terrible customer service
