My son was referred to Asda pharmacy by…
My son was referred to Asda pharmacy by 111 for a consultation, we went there and and was told I’m doing all the things right at home for him, they didn’t check his throat or his ears (had bad ear ache) even though I said he had had a temperature for 6 days and the calpol and Nurofen wasn’t bringing his temperature under 37.6. They said they would refer back to 111. Just feel like we were fobbed off again by Asda pharmacy.
Seem to take an age with the person…
Seem to take an age with the person before, having a chat rather than giving advice.
When it was my turn, the pharmacist walked off even though I was right in front and never came back.
The worst customer service
West swindon The worst customer service . They dont know the meaning of customer service . Staff are very rude and lazy . They take so much time to dispence the medication or they dont what they doing .
Went to collect an emergency…
Went to collect an emergency prescription, the young girl there asked me my name 3 times, didn’t ask me to write it down or for my date of birth nothing, I saw her go behind and speak to the pharmacist, and they both blatantly just agreed to tell me it’s not available because they didn’t know my name. It’s poor service every single time you go there. Very rude and unhelpful staff, long wait times. They need to go and have training on how to deal with the public instead of treating people like it’s our fault they work in a customer facing role. Young girl super rude when I’m challenging on why I would be told medication was available there if it wasn’t.
Disgusting
Just one word to describe - DISGUSTING
Staff is unprofessional, rude and definitely unhelpful.
AVOID!
Worst pharmacy in the country
Staff are very rude, and the time it takes for them to make up a prescription is pathetic. Put my prescription in a week ago (they like to blame surgeries for their incompetence) and I'm still waiting. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!
Unacceptable!
Placed my order on Friday, 23rd January, 2026.
On Saturday, 24th January, I received an email notification that my prescription was ready for collection at the ASDA Bilton store.
On Sunday 25th January, I made a thirty mile round trip to Bilton to collect my prescription only to be told it wasn't there and that I should've called the store to confirm, in spite of an email advising that it was awaiting collection.
I was also told that, despite being in store opening times, the computer had been switched off so no further investigation could be undertaken, even after being informed that I was going to be away for the following week & unable to collect it, therefore resulting in a week long interruption to my treatment.
Beyond a sneer & shrug, there was absolutely no intention on their part to mitigate the situation, with the implication that it was my problem, not theirs.
I avoid ASDA due to its propensity to employ slab faced harridans whose grasp of customer care is on a par with Fred & Rosemary West's concept of child care. This experience only served to reinforce that view.
The staff involved need to either brush up on their customer focus or find employment more suited to their skills base, perhaps working in a abattoir or as nightclub bouncers would be their best bet.
Good service
I use this pharmacy on a regular basis as i have many repeat medications. tHey are always busy but the staff are very helpful & friendly. Just recently the male pharmasist( i don't know his name) & Sarah were extremely helpful as i needed to order a product which was part of new medication for me,

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE?!!!
BEING ILL I CAN'T KEEP GOING IN THE PHARMACY TO ORDER A DAY TO PICK UP, SO ONCE A MONTH I HAVE ANXIETY BEYOND BELIEF JUST TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!! SO FAR I HAVE PHONED 27 TIMES WITH NO ANSWER!!! THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE PERIOD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS....
Long waiting times for prescriptions
Long waiting times for prescriptions. Staff unapologetic and rude. Just the very basics in patient care.
No system to tell patients when prescriptions are ready.
It's absolutely appalling
It's absolutely appalling, waited 2 days for my medication, for my kidney stones and water infection, the girl with long dark hair is so rude, I had a phone call at 8.15 the previous night, to say my medication was ready, I went day after, not a person waiting and she showed me my medication and said you will have to wait half hour,I was appalled at this ,because only fw days before I went to pick my sons meds, the same girl showed me them and said half hour wait, nobody else was waiting, has I told her on both occasions I had to leave my husband whom I'm a carer for,and couldn't wait that long, and kindly asked if she could do it straight away, she was very rude held a basket up to me and said got to do these first, only last year the same girl, gave me my meds,or so I thought they was mine, got home and wasn't even mine,I went straight back, got no apology or anything just a dirty look, which is always on her face
Avoid
Horrendous experience. Pharmacist was patronising, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. Closed up early and refused to help. Definitely avoid.
Radcliffe pharmacy asda- Very poor…
Radcliffe pharmacy asda- Very poor service. Constantly lie to customers saying doctors havent sent over perscriptions when infact theyve had them for 5 days (and thats an URGENT perscription) but cant be bothered to process them! Arguementative lazy staff. Most pharmacies can do a perscription in less than half an hour yet it takes Radcliffe asda a MINIMUM of 3 days! If you question this you're laughed at, argued with and told to go somewhere else. Unbelievable.
Other visits ive had to leave the queue and go back another day as the staff are stood around, hiding in the back ignoring customers waiting at the front. Terrible customer service
What's the point
What's the point? Went to Asda pharmacy Sutton in ashfield to enquire about going back on the pill to help with my endometriosis as my doctor wouldn't see me. Pharmacist took one look at my 2 year old and decided she didn't want to prescribe it to me.
Newark Nottinghamshire unprofessional Pharmacist.
It's shocking when you are spoken down to by a pharmacist when you complain about having to wait an hour for your prescription to be made up. Waiting 72hrs to collect and still not ready, I had security called on me when I raised a valid complaint of 6 members of staff and still having to wait. They have zero people skills and not a one off of having to wait no matter how many days you wait to collect. Very unprofessional behaviour that I have changed to another pharmacy now.
I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to.
I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to.

I shall be complaining to the highest level possible
Asda Pharmacy Burgh Heath, Surrey
Shocked by the lack of customer service by the pharmacist, absolute disgraceful way to treat customers - rather not go into detail but the lady in the white coat surely isn’t qualified to be handling medication and dealing with the general public. Truly shocking experience
Not very friendly pharmacist not a good experience
Not good experience at all and the pharmacist was.not very friendly! Serious and stated that my daughter didn’t have a condition I knew she did! Although she did give her meds in the end! I felt I knew more than her and I was correct in my suspicions in the first place. As I checked my daughter again this pm!
Dreadful Customer Service
Started having Monjaro weight loss pens in August 2025. Had a double pen order in September. When I used the 2nd pen sonething didnt feel right. The following week the pen was empty. On contacting ASDA they asked me to take the pen to a pharmacy to get it examined. I didnt have time to do thus so I sent it direct to the dispensing pharmacy in Manchester. They responded within 2 days stating user error. I complained again they gave me a £5 voucher off my next purchase. I'm £180 out of pocket.
Do not use them. Awful customer service who just want your money.
I would say to anyone though if something doesnt seem right with your pen take it straight back to the pharmacy.
Expensive lesson learned but i've taken my business elsewhere.
ASDA Pharmacy 1 out of 5. I'd like to give you 0 but can't.
No vaccines but booking system not closed
I booked a flu jab for myself and my husband at the Ramsgate Asda Pharmacy. We arrived early and made ourselves known to the pharmacist who was very apologetic saying that 'Asda had stopped doing the flu jabs' but 'hadn't closed the online booking system'! I had also received email and text reminders to ensure I didn't miss the appointments. What a waste of time! Will not be using this service again, very poor show.
