Daria, our Advisor/Designer, was able to answer to all our questions (and it was obviously from experience / knowledge), and steer us towards entirely sensible (and the right) conclusions. Looking back on all the "steers" she gave us, every one of her suggestions was correct.

We were able to select the quality we wanted at an entirely acceptable price.

When it came to our placing the order, we were taken through the detail, and given time to make the final decisions.
Organizing the delivery and the PGK fitter was straightforward and they dovetailed perfectly. From delivery of all the units/items to completion of fit (excluding worktop / electrician to finish) was 5 days - and 4 of these were the fitting process!

The fitter was of a very high quality, as are all the units ("Ballerina" range). Our "snagging list", which was agreed with the fitter on his first visit, consisted of five items that were not snags at all.
After-Sales was also top-notch, arranging the delivery of an additional item and fitting the next day, and making sure we had no further outstandings.

We had previously read the online reviews of other suppliers/kitchens and were fearing stressful times; but nothing about our experience with PGK resembled them.

We could not be happier with the finished kitchen, and we are so grateful to Daria and the team at PGK.
It's almost unbelievable in this day and age to find a Company that takes such care and does such a great job as PGK.

We are so happy with our kitchen from PGK. Mukesh was so helpful in designing it, patiently working out the layout with great attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Durim also fitted it very skilfully. The end result is a kitchen which really works for us, where we enjoy cooking and spending time. We love the colour and quality of the units, too. We compared PGK prices to other kitchen showrooms and they were considerably cheaper. We recommend them without any hesitation.

I could tell immediately on my first visit to the showroom that there was a huge difference in quality compared to high street retailers, both the kitchen designs and quality of materials PGK stock are outstanding, and as a plus, there's a huge range of colours, finishes, and unit sizes.

Paula managed my whole project from beginning to end and she created the best, most functional design for my small kitchen, put up with me changing my mind about the finishes several times and really went the extra mile to make sure everything had been fitted correctly!

We are really happy with our new kitchen which we self-installed as part of a renovation/self-build project. We were looking for a quality and durable product and found this at PGK after extensive research of the usual high street (and some bespoke) brands. We found the price for the quality we were looking for was good value for money. Our designer, Daria, in particular, was very patient and helpful in working with us as the project evolved. The quality of the renders was excellent in helping us visualise what the finished kitchen would look like, bearing in mind the rooms had yet to be rebuilt. We are aware that the process was perhaps lengthier than usual as our programme took some time, but we didn't ever feel hassled or chased. We had many questions regarding the fitting and one or two glitches but Daria was always helpful in resolving them as quickly as possible and to our satisfaction. We felt supported throughout the entire project and were delighted when Daria visited to see the finished job. We recommend PGK for those who want their entire kitchen project managed or if like us, you have the time and are brave enough to self-fit!

Extremely pleased with the new kitchen, and excellent value for the quality that you are getting. A special mention goes out to our designer Dom, thank you so much for everything. We were lucky to have been paired with him, and the service from start to finish has been absolutely exceptional. He provided class ideas, and although design can be a very iterative process, he honestly had the patience of a saint. We were always kept up to date with progress and deadlines, and responses were very prompt.

In addition to the design process, the kitchen fitting and templating of worktops all went very smoothly, underlying the incredible attention to detail and care for the customer that Dom and the team at PGK have. Overall, we could not have asked for more. If you need a new kitchen you need look no further.
